Great communication. I was a bit nervous to order something so expensive from someone I had never met. I was honestly even unsure that the product would arrive. However, Tracy and co. made sure to reply to all my inquiries. I asked about 20 questions before I sent payment LOL! Before my item was shipped, I got full-sized, honest detailed photos of the actual bag I received. The bag was at my door in about a weeks time. The quality of the bag is truly amazing. If you are sure to order their handmade original version-The leather is great quality, beautiful grain and soft. The hardware has precise markings and very good sturdy quality. I own 4 authentic H bags and this honestly is so close to the original quality you will not be disappointed! I definitely will come back to order some more in the future. Thanks for being an honest company and having great customer service.
