Herne Bay Domestics is an independent, family-run business which was established on the Herne Bay high street in 1984. Our reputation is built upon a combination of high-level customer service and care, and the ability to provide a large stock of domestic appliances at extremely competitive prices, as a result of close relationships with major manufacturers and being part of Euronics. We therefore believe that we have found the right balance between being able to care for the needs of every individual customer, whilst still often being able to offer the same products and prices as the biggest retailers in this field. Our team of delivery drivers and engineers are able to install every product we sell, as well as being able to demonstrate to customers how their new appliance works, and answering any queries on this matter. Meanwhile, our sales team are immediately on hand to fix any subsequent issues, as opposed to having to go through call centres and long queues. Great company
I found this company searching online for a freezer.
They offered free delivery and a competitive charge for disposal of my old freezer. Delivery day could be arranged whilst ordering item.
Within 10 minutes I received a call and confirmed delivery instructions.
My freezer arrived promptly and the delivery man was polite and friendly. Very happy with service will be my go to for electricals from now on. Thank you.

I've used Herne Bay Domestics many years ago, in need of a new washing machine, I did the usual search of the Internet, unsurprisingly Herne Bay Domestics came up as the best option so naturally placed the order.
Having a time slot of two hours, the chap (sadly didn't get his name) arrived exactly on time, seamless service from start to finish.
I highly recommend this company and will recommend to friends and family in the future.

Our integrated dishwasher needed replacing. Contacted herne Bay domestics on Thursday options available to me were explained clearly. Ordered new dishwasher which was delivered and installed first thing Saturday morning. Delivery and installation was carried out efficiently and left tidy. Installers were very polite and efficient. If we need another appliance will definitely use herne Bay domestics and would highly recommend them, a great service from start to finish

Fantastic company!
I made contact with Hernebay Domestics as I was having an issue with my washing machine. Joe, the engineer came to take look and said I’d need a new pump. He ordered the part on the spot and it arrived within a day. Joe came back today to fit it and now my sanity is saved as I have a usable washing machine again.
This company is amazing, professional from start to finish and I can’t thank Joe enough for sorting it out for me.
Will definately be using them again in the future should I require it

Absolutely Fabulous as Always

Excellent service from start to finish.
We ordered a new AEG Washing machine and arranged to have this installed.
The washing machine arrived on time and was installed by two very helpful engineers, we were also kept up to date by Herne Bay Domestics when the delivery would take place. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

Great Service, Speedy and Fairly Priced
Our Baumatic double oven was overheating within the main oven, I checked on the Herne Bay Domestics website, couldn't see Baumatic as a brand they covered, but rang anyway and they said they did.
Visit booked for two days later, great guy, Leo, turned up and established that it probably was the thermostat. Spent a bit of his time sourcing one and returned to fit it a few days later.
The replacement part worked a treat and so saved us in excess of £500 for a new oven. Leo explained everything patiently and with good humour - good guy. Herne Bay Domestics will always be my first port of call from now on.

My washing machine started to go wrong…
My washing machine started to go wrong and Herne Bay domestics sent a repair man out who fixed it and advised we may be lucky and the fix would last but unfortunately the machine was totally clogged. After a week it died for good and so I ordered a machine from Herne Bay Domestics who delivered and fitted within 2 days of the order. The delivery was free but to fit and take away the old one was £90 but that was money well spent as the machine was built in and the delivery guys did a brilliant job of butting the new machine in and attaching the cupboard door. Brilliant company, I would use again and highly recommend. Give a local firm a try before looking elsewhere.
