Had warranty claims on heaters and customer service was professional, fast , communicated well throughout the entire process.

I investigated under-floor circulating water and electric options, space heaters, three-way (light, vent, heat), heat lamps and a variety of panel options to retrofit our bathroom. Nothing was ideal, but Herschel heat panels came closest. In 15-20 minutes they take the edge off the cold and quietly warm the room. Via the app, the thermostat can be programmed to turn on/off several times each day, with each day programmed individually.

It does not heat at all.

we already had 2 of these & just added another..... really love the simplicity of design & the functionality is great.... the company has always been really easy to work with but it is even better now that they have an office in the usa!.... thank you.... love having these in our bathrooms!!

The Heater, although a bit heavier then expected, looks great and the heat feels great. I'll be coming back to replace my others (competitor's brand IR heaters) as time passes!

I find it difficult trying to explain that a brand new heating panel was unserviceable. Customer service asked me to perform two tests and the results were unfortunate. Without hesitation, C.S sent a new panel to me and now is working beyond our satisfaction. FYI, after installing the new panel, I was free to open and examine the defective panel and after replacing one of the two thermo fuse the unserviceable panel now works....... but it is no longer appropriate for a bathroom

Excellent and fast customer service

Excellent quality but heater was damaged in transit by FedEx and Herschel replaced it within a week.

These heaters are amazing

First the quality of construction of the radiators received, the way they were packaged, the tracking - all of that spells quality without words. You feel it in your hands.
Second, well, I made a boo-boo in my order... Jason was most helpful in helping me correct my mistake and make things right. And that spells "I will come back for my next radiator".

Love the portable heater which really helps in a drafty space in our home. I only wish it had an on off switch!

We love the Herschel Infrared panels and we are in the process to add panel to each room.
I have to state that FedEx does not handle the packages carefully.

I love the infrared panel heater. I have an old house with poor insulation but the heater gently heats a room and keeps it cozy. The panel surface heats to almost 200°F, hot to the touch but won’t burn you if touched briefly. The back side gives off much less heat. Using a thermal sensor, I noticed that the heater will heat the walls in my room from about 58°F to 71°F over the course of several hours. It doesn’t seem to heat the walls any hotter than 71°F. If you sit with your back to the heater it feels like basking in sunlight, only much gentler.

The heating panels give off great heat.
Unfortunately, the size and placement are crucial. I called Herschel to ask about the size and placement of the panels. I was told one large one for my cathedral ceiling. The heat is not directed to the floor or the entire room. It just heats one wall. I’m hoping this can be fixed.

Heater works great, customer service was outstanding, quickly replaced a unit when it failed.

I had very good quick responses to all my inquiries. When the shipping time was delayed, I was informed with apologies and with good amount of follow up to say when it would arrive. I was very pleased and satisfied with this customer service. thank you
