Herts Glass installed windows and doors for the whole house. There were a number of follow up actions which were carried out with a minimum of fuss, to a high standard and in a timely fashion. If you want the peace of mind that the job gets done to your satisfaction then I would highly recommend Herts Glass. The follow up service provided by Neil and Shane has been very impressive.

Very good work, we've been pleased with all the windows and doors they have installed for us, on a number of occasions. They are really efficient with visits and the information of what they will be doing and when is clear. Their work is neat and tidy and we've been really pleased with the final results.

The project involved two new bow windows and an oriel window for a semi- detached house in north-west London. Initial contact with Shane was informed and professional. The quote was helpful and detailed and included 3D projections. The price was competitive. Follow-up technical queries were responded to swiftly and in detail. The Rehau Rio product fitted to the house is attractive and looks robust. The fitter was clearly very experienced and capable. The team was friendly, polite and left the site clean and tidy. There were no problems. I would recommend Herts Glass to anyone considering a similar project.

Recently had a Bifolding door install by Herts glass, couldn't be happier with the service. Neil done a great job, good eye for detail, very helpful with a few different bits he did for me while he was there. I highly recommend using these guys for any work you need doing.

Neil and his team were absolutely fantastic. They came during the survey and explained everything really well and the work they could do. The work involved finishing the trim around several windows as well as replacing an entire window with frame. On the day of the install, they were polite and respectful and carried out all the work with zero hassle. They went above and beyond by sorting out extra little bits that were beyond the original job spec and it was a pleasure to deal with such a professional company. I would not hesitate to use this company again or to recommend them to family/friends.

New window fitted (2 smaller separate windows converted into one big window), excellent quality, great timekeeping, very tidy, no mess left at all, finish top notch.
