Recently had a 3 door Bifold installed in my grandads back garden by Neil and Morgan, this is the second time I have used Herts Glass and it was good to see the standard and quality of work had not changed.
On Friday I also had a Scratch removed from some glass on a door at my place, I was expecting it to need replacing but to my suprise Shane was able to remove the scratch for me instead.

This is the second time I have used this company now. Very friendly service and competitive prices. I would recommend using these guys if you are looking to have any windows and doors done. I used the door designer on there website to get a quote for my new front door which looks fantastic. I was able to design it to exactly how I wanted it. They came back to me with in a few hours with a quote and had the door installed with in 4 weeks along with 5 windows. I couldn't recommend them enough. Thank you Herts glass and team

After being let down by our window supplier. We contacted Shane and within 2 days he was around for a quotation. A very nice and knowledgeable man. We received a very competitive quotation and proceeded to the works.

He returned with the glass before the time specified and went the extra mile. Even giving me a touch up pen at no charge. It’s the little things sometimes.

Needed an urgent repair to our patio doors as we could not access the garden. Responded quickly to our request and repaired promptly and efficiently at a very reasonable cost.

I had a new set of External bifold doors installed by Shane and the team. I cannot fault the service, from start to finish it was exceptional. Shane is very knowledgeable and was able to talk me through the pros and cons of the various options which were available. The team that fitted the doors were all polite and they got the work done a lot quicker than I had expected!

Shane, Neil and the team have done a fantastic job fitting new windows and doors to our whole house at a very good price. All the work was complete within 3 days and we're very happy with the end result on everything that's been installed, particularly our new composite front door. The team took great care on the job to give it a nice finish so there's no decorating required around the windows. They even went above and beyond to fix our front door step and reroute a cable that was in the way of the front door being fitted at no extra cost.
The team have all been friendly and professional throughout and we've been very impressed with everything. We'd definitely recommend Herts Glass to friends and family in the area.

Three room extension. Herts Glass involved from the beginning of the build to order and then install custom windows. Excellent customer services; responsive to our several changes with a great deal of patience; did a great job in exceptionally challenging circumstances. Excellent finish and attention to detail. Outstanding end result. Excellent follow up after installation with small fittings added later. We would use them again.

I've recent had a composite front door & bifold door to replace my patio door out back, excellent company, very good customer care and very easy to work with, I would recommend herts glass to anybody looking to update there windows & doors , I had had a few quotes from other companies but from the start Herts glass were the most customer oriented and professional!
