Placed an order for 3 shirts. Received order approximately 21. days later. Shirts were way too small. Although their website explains says you can return items several emails told me it was not a profitable use o their resources. I accepted their offer of a 30% refund. Lousy company to do business with.

Ordered the "Ultra comfortable polo shirt" from Hervns on May 4th and it didn't arrive until May 30th. NOTHING takes that long to be delivered these days. Then when I finally received the shirt...I thought they screwed up my order. I ordered a mens XL and what I received was a childs size shirt. I looked at the tag and sure enough it was marked as a mens XL. This shirt might fit a 12 year old but not any adult I ever met. And the shirt is one stitch away from being a fishnet shirt. It's completely see through. This shirt is complete garbage and I feel scammed. DO NOT BUY

UPDATE: The company only issued a full refund after I opened a chargeback dispute with my credit card company. Don’t close the dispute until the credit actually gets posted (not just pending). If you’re unable to resolve an issue directly with the merchant, a chargeback may be your best option. Frequent disputes can negatively affect a merchant’s relationship with payment processors and increase their costs, which is why they often take action once a dispute is filed.

I ordered 3 XL shirts and got cheapy kids shirts & they’re refusing to refund my money. Several emails telling me it’s too expensive to send it back to China (without giving me an address). Offered me 10% refund (what a joke!). Very big scam.

I would give zero stars if i could. Ordered 3xl and got what appears to be a small. The ad is deceiving they make it seem it is a US company but really a Chinese company. I have nothing against the Chinese people except those who are wiling to scam you. They want 12.95 per shirt on a return when they arrived in one bag. Steer clear of this shame company, 67 bucks down the hole.

SCAM! I would give a zero if I could. I ordered a shirt for my husband’s birthday. I paid 9.99 extra for shipping to get it here on time. I ordered an xlg. When it arrived it was like a boys medium. I emailed them and all I heard was you can pay for shipping again. It is very expensive to return because it is international. No way was I paying for it again when it probably would not even fit. It literally says paying additional would be no hassle returns. I wish I could add the screen shots from our email conversations. Finally they returned $3.26. So I am out over $30.00. DO not buy from them! I will be reporting this as well.

I ordered XL and they were so small, they wouldn't even fit my small 14 yr old grandson. The material was flimsy junk and they have no return policy!! I spent over $50 for something not worth 50 Cents!!
Big SCAM!!

I ordered 2 shirts for my husband, 6’4” muscular. They arrived 2 wks after expected delivery date. He couldn’t get them over his shoulders. My son, slightly smaller also couldn’t get them over his shoulders. I, 5’6” and usually wears a ladies medium can barely get them on comfortably. The material is like woven plastic. Sweat fest commence! I am annoyed at myself for not researching better. They got my money.

Waited over a month and they are way too small. What a joke this company is. Stay away, far away.

Horrible experience - I paid an extra $10 for shipping, and the shirts still took over a month to deliver. When they came it was laughable how small they were. Now they are not willing to accept my returns and won't give me my money back. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this place.

DON'T DO IT! This is a horrible business. They sent me the wrong size shirt and then refused to provide a correct size shirt or refund, because they were too busy.

This company is a joke . They sent a child’s size shirt and won’t resend a larger size or refund .

Like everyone else is saying. Extremely small. I bet it is smaller than a kids XL. I can't even get my head through the hole.

Ordered 6 XL polo style shirts, all arrived wrong size. It stated on their website the chest size 46-47 but the actual product may measures 34. Its for a child not and adult or at least a adult that wears XL. Opened a dispute with PayPal and even after providing all documentation, explanations they went with the seller. The seller is actually Jihuan Co., Ltd a Chinese company. They would never communicate via the PayPal dispute channel and only email me saying "Hello, we are very sorry that you are not satisfied with the product you received. We can either refund the full amount or resend the item for free. Please trust us and please cancel the dispute." "Hi there! 😊 We noticed that your order is in dispute. We are unable to process a refund for you. To proceed with the refund, we need to resolve the dispute. We hope you can understand and wish you well.", "Hello, there is no dispute regarding the reissuance or refund of the order. Please rest assured that we will handle it to the end. You can go to the mediation center of PayPal to view the ongoing disputes and choose to end them. Please provide screenshots and contact us for processing. Looking forward to your reply" I refused to close it out as it was my only protection so I thought. Yet in the end they still got away with it providing incorrect products to the consumer. Please stay away from this company if you value your money, and time. Also a warning I'd avoid PayPal as it seems they really don't uphold their buyers protection policy. After 24 years of using that platform I'll be discontinuing my account shortly. Its a shame that the world has become so corrupt.

It's a scam. They don't give you any notification of your order with an Order number and then they will only help you if you have an Order number. Do not trust them!

I ordered an XL shirt (Order # HER43163) but received a small instead - (even though the package said XL). I asked them to send me an XL to replace the shirt or give me a refund for the money I spent. According to their website…
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
The company is now saying that they will only refund my money if I pay 30% for shipping and handling. They were also “generous” enough to allow me to keep the shirt, even though it was multiple sizes too small and does me no good. If you are thinking of doing business with Hervns, I would strongly urge you to reconsider. They do not live up to their guarantee and are very difficult to do business with. They have changed their terms multiple times, from 20% to 30%, negotiating backwards on “what they are willing to offer”. I am not upset that a mistake occurred, I am upset that they won’t live up to their own commitments. I believe my ask is fair; either refund me all of money I spent or send me the XL shirt that I ordered.
After their initial offer of them not wanting to do anything to compensate me, the next round of emails said the following;

“Hello, for a full refund, you will need to cover the shipping cost to our company. This is a significant expense. The maximum refund amount we can apply for for you is 20%. I have also been under a lot of pressure. If you accept a 20% refund, you can receive the payment back to your account today. Please understand and appreciate our efforts. “

Is this the kind of company that you would like to do business with? Their guarantee promises one thing, then they state they will not honor their commitment. Then they offered to pay me 80% of the cost which I refused. Instead of offering something better they come back and say they will only pay me 70% of the price. Please think long and hard before spending any money with this organization, they do not live up to their commitments.

I ordered Mens 3XL polos and received 2 child size shirts. I immediately contacted customer service for a full refund and for them to pay for shipping (which is addressed on their return/refund policy on their website if the error is their fault) and they ignored my request for a refund instead offering a replacement with me paying for shipping. I told them to read my email and give me a refund and pay for the shipping back. I contacted them 2 more times showing them their policy from their website and the responded back that they could give me 10% and then 30% off - they even said I could keep the items, sell them myself or donate them. What kind of company is this. I finally told them I am not wasting any more time with them and will review them here along with other review sites and the BBB. My credit card company has a claim against them now, also.

I wish I would have seen previous reviews before I ordered. DO NOT ORDER this brand.

Part of my order was 3 three pack shorts. They sent me 3 individual shorts. Their customer service claims 24/7 activity, I only get a response when someone would be awake at their location. I have shown them screenshot proof, been going back and forth around a month. They keep refusing to send the rest of the order. They are intent on stealing my money pure and simple. Lies about product, no customer service, theft.
