AI scam website. They do not sell the items you saw in the video ad.

Bought a polo shirt based on an ad on Facebook - my fault, I know. I should have checked out reviews first. Oh well, maybe I can save someone else from making the same mistake. Anyhow, I ordered a size 2XL men’s polo shirt. It took several weeks to arrive and it is, at best, a size medium. It was cheap, so it isn’t worth the hassle to try to send it back - from reading other reviews, that is a futile attempt. My wife can fit into it, but it is also cheap quality. Oh well, live and learn.

I ordered 3 polo shirts based on commercial ad and all 3 shirts are 4 sizes too small. The only way to contact their customer service is through email. I sent an email asking for a refund and return authorization and have received no response.

If I could give them a negative rating I would. Ordered 2 shirts in a mens 2xl and got 2 shirts that would fit an 8 yr old. Their return policy is crap. They only want to give you 10% of your money back. Sorry Chinese company. I am so tired of foreign companies posing as American made. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
They will steal your money.

Zero run like the avoiding the plague go to PayPal support or start a credit card charge back a scam company. Completely incorrect sizing / terrible product and then try to scam you on returns and then modify their website and return terms avoid at all cost

Total BS. Told them i got a medium instead of XL that i ordered. They replied saying the shirt is smaller than actual size but they never say it on the website. They will only refund 5% double BS! This is a devil's company they are going to steal your money! Stay away

I ordered a shirt that was supposed to be a men’s XL, when it arrived it is about the size of a kid’s small.

I now realize this was a brushing scam. $21.99 given away…Chinese thieves stole my money. There is zero integrity left in the world.

I wish I would’ve read these reviews before I ordered a shirt. I ordered a three XL and I don’t think it would fit a small child. Sure the shirt is stretchy, but that’s not how they were advertised. And of course their website says 100% satisfaction guaranteed or a full refund will be issued, that’s bullshit. I guess they spend enough money on advertising. They make a lot more money and just don’t care about honoring anything. Notice how they don’t have a review available on their website. Terrible, absolutely terrible. Avoid them at all cost.

Not only did the fabric turn my hands and everything it touched purple, I bought an XL and it looks like it fits a toddler. The quality is complete trash and don't bother trying to reach out to the company. DO NOT BUY!!!!

Same issues as all the others on here. Ordered a shirt that was clearly not the size indicated. Wanted a refund and they wanted me to pay more to return it than it cost to by this trash shirt. Offered me the same 10% as the others.

Ordered extra large shirts but what they sent were small.

Would give 0 if possible. Ordered XL for my husband received an XS! I tried it on me to judge! Super tight! 5’0 120 lbs! Vendor refuses exchange unless i pay $20-30 shipping! Keeps trying to gorce me but another one! DO NOT TRUST!

I ordered 5 XLarge shirts and received 5 XSmall shirts I have to give theme to my thirteen year old son. Do not buy from this company!

Buying clothing from this website was clearly a mistake. They sent me two large polos, which are clearly not large. They refuse to do a refund. Do not buy from them.

I ordered an extra large polo shirt, and received an extra small shirt. Customer service is E-mail based only, no phone numbers to call. Responses are AI created, every answer is very robotic in nature. They can replace the shirt if I pay the "shipping costs" but shipping cost is more than the price of the shirt.

They sell cheap stuff. Customer service is horrible. I would recommend never shopping with Hervns. They are scammers. I bought a beer mortar from them and it doesn’t even fit a beer bottle in it.

I ordered a XL but received,20 days later a small.
I asked how to return it,they had me provide all order info then said shipping internationally is more than shirt,offered 10% refund.
Another reason to only order through Amazon.

I ordered an XL shirt. The ad said it was made from cotton. What I received was shirt made of Viscos (or some other "cheap" synthetic material) that wouldn't fit a 10 year old boy. To suggest it was ridiculous, is an understatement. They are selling a bargain (aimed at "large" men) and delivering garbage. Do not waste your money (like me).

I ordered two polo shirts in size 3XL, and when they arrived they were so small they would barely fit someone who wears a size small. The sizing is completely inaccurate and misleading.

The material quality was extremely cheap, and the stitching was poorly done and already coming apart right out of the package. These shirts looked nothing like what was advertised.

I contacted customer service requesting a refund, and instead of standing behind their product, they only offered me a 10% refund. Absolutely unacceptable customer service and very misleading business practices.

Do not waste your money with this company. Poor quality products, false advertising, and terrible customer support.

I received a product that was defective, one of the snaps was damaged, and the liners in the pockets were either not finished, or were improperly sewn. When I contracted support to return the product for a refund, the offered 10% back and I could keep the product. That was unsatisfactory. When I pointed out that their website clearly stated that a full refund with free shipping was eligible, they just kept making excuses and refused to honor their stated refund policy. Total scam.
