The appointment was prompted, and well received. The end job was well presented.

He arrived at the agreed time. He set to work immediately. He measured the fences to the posts and then cut them accordingly. The work was completed in 45 minutes. The finished job looks totally brilliant. I am delighted.

Where can I start? MR Michael was so professional and friendly. Good and easy to chat with him during all the work and did a good job. I will recommend him to anyone looking for this type of work.

I was sceptical but this worked brilliantly. Tradesman (Julian) turned up on time to fix a leaky door and has done an excellent job. The whole process was very smooth and much easier than trying to find a tradesman myself for a small job (especially in London!). I will be using Hey Alfie again.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Kept me informed of workers arrival time. No fuss. just efficient. Cannot praise them enough. Have tried to find a locksmith for months to no avail but Alfie got me one.

At the start I was given names of contractors to choose from. Once chosen, hey Alfie managed my booking.
They messaged me with a date which my chosen contractor could do my work.
I needed pipes boxed in and then painted. The professional that came to do it was very helpful to me to decide how I wanted them boxed in. Hey Alfie kept contact with me throughout the work and once finished, asked me if I was happy with the work. The work was carried out to a very high standard and I was very happy with it. A couple of days later, hey Alfie contacted me with my invoice and told me how I could pay. Which was very easy to do. The job was completed in the time frame given to me by hey Alfie at the start of my communications with them.

We got gardeners to clear our back garden which included removing thick vines and overgrown plants. The job was completed competently and efficiently. They arrived on schedule, understood our job requirements and cleared all the garden waste. There ended up being a lot more garden waste to clear and dispose than initially expected but the platform helped liaise with the gardeners and got us really good value for money. This is our second time using this company to manage the maintenance of our home, which has been smooth and hassle free with appropriate tradespeople for the job. Very satisfied with the result.

We needed a window blind fitting and thought we'd give Hey Alfie a try .... and were not disappointed. Initial communication to discuss and arrange for the work to be conducted was positive and proactive, with an approximate timescale and estimate provided. We received both e-mail and telephone confirmation of the planned visit and a reminder on the day. Our tradesman (Mihail) arrived on time, was polite, conscientious and completed the work to our satisfaction per planned time, including tidying up the work area. An invoice for the work conducted was received later on the day, was accurate to the estimate given and was easy to pay via electronic transfer. Overall, we were very happy with the service provided, the work conducted and will use again.
