Simple to deal with and the guys that actually collected my cooker were totally professional. So was the guy on the phone when I booked. Quite impressed.

I was a little unhappy about the 10-hour collection window unless you pay an extra £10 to get a 5-hour window. But they did what they said they would at the agreed price. No ifs, no buts. It's fine.

Very easy booking online. Reasonably priced. Updated on the day of collection regarding the drivers arrival . A driver with a can do attitude is always a bonus. Very pleased with the service. Will definitely be using Junkwise again.

Nothing was too much trouble for them to undertake or assist with, and they also arranged an additional vehicle to clear the remaining items that would not fit on their second trip

So many waste companies are dodgy but Junkwize are so responsive, friendly, and responsible. I like that they share the papertrail from the recycling centre and all the accounting. The team were really respectful of my home and got the job done quickly.
