Do not recommend. I am very disappointed with my experience with this clinic regarding my blood test. I was initially told at the clinic that results would take 2–5 days.
When this timeframe passed, I called on day five (22/05) and was then told I would receive results by Saturday 23/05 or at the latest Monday 25/05. Despite this reassurance, no results were received.
On the 25/05 evening, I contacted them again and only after this did I receive a different explanation stating that results take 5–10 working days after the sample reaches the laboratory. This was never communicated to me at any earlier stage, either during my appointment or during my follow-up call when specific dates were given. This has resulted in repeated incorrect expectations, avoidable stress, and a lack of trust in the information provided.
In addition, the blood draw was not successful on the first attempt. The practitioner was unable to take the sample and I was left with a significant bruise afterwards. I have very visible veins and pale skin and should be an easy patient, which made the failed attempt even more frustrating.
I also received a marketing email while waiting for results encouraging patients to leave a Google review and enter a raffle to win a £50 Amazon voucher. In my view, this raises concerns about how representative some of the Google reviews may be.
Overall my experience has left me with serious concerns about communication, consistency of information, and reliability of the service.

Everything from start to finish was such a lovely experience. The waiting area was spotless and welcoming. Joshua on reception was very polite and friendly. Kwame the sonographer was amazing and professional. He talked us through the scan in such detail. I had the 4D scan and my baby's hand was over the face so couldn't catch a clear image. Kwame took his time and tried everything but hand wouldn't budge! He then offered us to come back to try again free of charge. Can not fault this place and highly recommend.

I visited the clinic in Luton and had an amazing experience.

The waiting area is very clean, decorated lovely with lots of things to look at while your waiting. the staff are so friendly. The sonographer Kwame is amazing! He is reassuring, he makes the experience exiting and enjoyable for both you and your partner.
Will definitely be returning again throughout the pregnancy.

Lovely, friendly staff to greet you on reception. The sonographer made us both feel at ease. He took his time and was so informative every single step of the way. We will definitely be back for future scans!!

This is mine and my partners first pregnancy, our 12 week scan isn’t until January so we wanted some reassurance before going into the Christmas period. It was the most amazing experience, topped off with a little goody bag! My partner already wants to book again for later down the line, we were both a little emotional after and it was a great thing to share❤️ would recommend to everyone. The sonography and receptionist are both lovely guys! Thank you so much.
