Very poor and unprofessional experience.

Order placed on 28/12/2025, delivered only on 16/01/2026.
Since the day of delivery, I have repeatedly requested a return address by email.

Replies were consistently delayed (sometimes up to 7 days between responses) or missing entirely.
As of 26/01, I have still not received any return instructions.

The item arrived without labels, size or composition information, in wrinkled packaging, with clear signs of a removed ticket, and no delivery note, raising serious concerns about whether the product was new.

Despite referring to my legal right of withdrawal, the return has not been handled correctly.

I strongly recommend exercising caution before ordering from this company.
