Not the Best

Bought 4,put 2 on my cases put 2 on my wifes cases, 2 have already, been lost due to the poor quality. One, the links don't hold. Two, the swivel ones, they just popped out of the centre, both never to be seen again. So to cap it off. Poor Quality.

Hi, I'm sorry two of your tags went missing on the trip. The ones you received are our keyring tags. My wife and I have the same ones on our own keys and they've been fine for months, but a suitcase gets thrown about in baggage handling in a way keys never do, and those fittings aren't built for it. That's exactly why our luggage tags come with a strap instead. I should have made that difference much clearer when you ordered.

I ordered 3 tags - 2 for suitcases and 1 for my keys. They are very easy to set up. They are currently in Tenerife

Thank you! Suitcases and keys are exactly what they're made for, so it's great to hear they're already on holiday with you. If anything goes astray in Tenerife, whoever finds it can scan the tag with any phone and message you straight away, with no app needed. Enjoy the sunshine!

Well made and engraving is top notch…

Well made and engraving is top notch looks good on my car keys, hopefully I'll never find out if the idea works! But just incase I ever loose the keys there's a better chance they will find there way home 😁

So simple

So simple, low cost and practical. Literally you can tag anything you want and are afraid of losing. Arrived quickly and once you add your address and contact details you can forget it.
Excellent and recommended.

Thank you! "Tag anything you're afraid of losing" is exactly the idea. And the best part of setting it up once is that your details stay in your account — whoever finds something gets a way to message you, but never sees your address or number.

Does exactly what it says

What a great product. I do have trackers on my stuff, but we all know, if your stuff disappeared, under certain circs your tracker would end up, disabled, in someone else’s hands, or your battery may just conk out. This enables a honest finder( still plenty out there) to reunite you with your belongings. Have just ordered a bundle after my initial purchase. Fabulous.

Thank you — and thank you for coming back for a bundle. You've put it better than we manage to: there's nothing on a tag to switch off and nothing to run flat, so it just sits there waiting for an honest finder. Plenty of those about, as you say.

You also flagged something on the site we'd missed, and it's fixed now. That sort of note is worth a lot to a small outfit. Enjoy the tags.

Thank you, Gareth. Easy activation is the part we spend the most time getting right, so it's good to hear it landed. And if friends and family do go for it — the multi-packs work out cheaper per tag than ordering one at a time.

After months of carrying this thing…

After months of carrying this thing around the QR code still looks just like it did at first.
Setting up took less than 5 minutes and the link is still functional highly recommended.

Absolutely love my golden engraved key tag!

Absolutely love my golden engraved key tag! The engraving looks beautiful, and the gold finish gives it a really classy, premium feel. It’s well made, looks exactly as I hoped, and makes my keys feel much more personal. Really pleased with it and would definitely recommend!

Really great service and gives me peace…

Really great service and gives me peace of mind knowing my cat is safe. I don’t have to worry as much, and everything has been simple and easy to use. Would definitely recommend!

The HeyOwner tag has proven very useful

The HeyOwner tag has proven very useful. I got one for my cat who likes to wonder outside, safe to say he wouldn’t have been able to get back home had it not been for his HeyOwner tag being scanned by someone who found him a few miles away from home. I would recommend the tags to anyone who wants their pets safe :)
