Pleasantly Surprised

Straightforward ordering process. Good app to monitor order progress. Kept informed. Quick approval. Delivery slightly longer than expected. Very well packaged pen. Slight negatives were only 4 needles and no sterile wipes in my package! But generally very happy, and would re-order again if the price were right!

Awful, incompetent, threatening, leaking data, avoid

This company has been spamming me multiple times per day for weeks and won't do anything about it.

Their website doesn't work properly, they're impossible to deal with - I never did get my order. I've dealt with 10+ online pharmacies in the last year and they are by far the worst. I went somewhere else and got it all sorted in under an hour and considerably cheaper too.

Now struggling to get them to comply with GDPR.

Avoid at all costs!

Also be aware that they apparently have no issues with posting confidential information about your medical situation on here - most disgraceful thing I've ever witnessed. Had to make another complaint to get them to amend that. Received a threatening response from them suggesting I delete my review and then their breach of my confidential data won't show. Don't give these people any information you don't want shared with with world! Avoid, avoid, avoid

Regarding the emails and your order: As a regulated pharmacy, we place patient safety above all else. The emails you received were not marketing spam; they were automated service prompts requiring you to upload clinical verification and medical history. We cannot legally or safely dispense prescription medication without verifying this information. Because these steps were not completed, the system sent reminders until the order was ultimately cancelled and fully refunded. We apologize if the frequency of these reminders felt excessive.

We have ensured you are unsubscribed from all non-essential communication.

Royal Mail said delivered but no…

Royal Mail said delivered but no package. After being advised to contact the supplier can not get to talk to anyone left messages still no correspondence. Not happy with their customer service.

Really poor service and communication

Really poor service and communication. Promised dispatch was not sent on time and getting in touch with the company was near impossible. Tried online support and despite being 2nd in the queue was given a wait time of between 2-5 hours for response. Tried telephone support and after a few mins call was disconnected. Your money has been taken but have no idea when your items will arrive. If you want to make sure you don't miss your medication try using another more efficient and communicative pharmacy as it could have a negative impact on your treatment. The service got worse - wrong medication was prescribed and despite a promised 14-20 mins wait for assistance, 45 mins later no response.

So this company took money from my…

So this company took money from my credit card on the 22nd of December before the consultation had already even been approved. They then had the 22nd 23rd and 24th to send the medication out and they didn’t. They said that the consult hadn’t been processed they then said that the pharmacy was shut. The 27th was also a working day. They never sent it out then when it did finally arrive for the following week it was absolutely saturated all the packaging trampled and torn . There was no introduction letter with contact. If I had any problems there was no other tablets in the pack such as cyclizine which other providers have offered I found the company very awkward to deal with. They were quite happy to take my money, but not as happy to send the medication out I will not be using them again.

I am sorry to hear about the condition your package arrived in and your frustration regarding the delays over the Christmas period. I would like to address your points individually to provide clarity.

1. The damaged package: It is unacceptable that your medication arrived saturated and crushed. Whether this was due to the courier or the weather, you should never have to accept damaged goods. Unfortunately, since this parcel was picked up from a collection point, we don’t have visibility on the condition of the parcel in this case.

2. The delay (Dec 22nd - 27th): We apologise that we could not dispatch this before Christmas. As there was a change of address, our support team needed to adjust this before shipping, and during the peak holiday volume, this took longer than usual. We also closed for the bank holidays to give our clinical team a break. We are sorry this wasn't communicated clearly enough to you at the time.

4. Missing anti-sickness meds: Unlike some providers, we do not automatically bundle additional drugs like Cyclizine with orders. As a responsible pharmacy, we only provide ancillary medications if a patient specifically requests them and our clinicians deem them necessary for that specific individual.

We would like to resolve the issue of the damaged delivery for you. Please contact our support team so we can make this right.

Amazing service

Amazing service ! The best I’ve had on my journey . Obviously we all switch to get the cheapest offers and this company did not disappoint ! £58 off a 15mg pen was great but, then even better the service - easy, no fuss uploads , 1 full body picture , selfie and the dreaded full frontal body shot ( mine I was thrilled for the first time , 4 stone down !) . Within 3 days ( and over the New Year’s Day ) delivered to my door . Better than my 4 previous suppliers ASDA , IQ DR, BOLT and Pharmacy2U ( just will mention no issues with others but, different experiences ) . If you are thinking of using this company no doubt do it . I’m hoping some offers drop in my emails as would continue to use but, needs must on cost ! Good Luck !

constantly chasing now I've given up!

I signed up and needed to get a verification code via text this was not sent. So I reached out to heyslim, had no reply, so I chased up.
They said it was working? tried again, no luck.
Reached out again, no reply......... chased again.
3 days I have tried to place an order the customer service is awful.
Had enough moved onto another supplier, not chasing anymore. This was a online chat which stated the wait time was 1-3 mins and there was only one person in front of me? But yet the next day still no reply?!

Smooth first experience

I don’t usually write reviews, however I felt I should share my experience with Hey Slim. I placed my first order on Thursday evening around 11pm and, after placing it, I made the mistake of reading some reviews on here which left me feeling a little worried.

That said, my experience couldn’t have been better. Within a few hours my prescription for MJ was approved, and the medication was delivered in under 48 hours. The whole process was really easy, straightforward, and well communicated throughout.

Overall, I can’t fault the service.

Perfect, highly recommend!

After reading some of the negative reviews on here I was quite appreciative of placing an order for mounjaro. I’ve been on the medication for a year now and after the price hikes, I’ve swapped suppliers a few times. I cannot praise hey slim enough, fast processing, regular updates on the status of my order. From placing my order to my mediation getting delivered, it was less than 48 hours. Please give this company a chance, they have been fantastic.

Regarding my Order #3584

Regarding my Order #3584, I purchased Mounjaro 2.5 mg. After receiving the dispatch email, I never received the parcel, even though the tracking system shows it as delivered.

I reported this issue to customer service, but many days have passed without any resolution. No one has arranged a redelivery or provided a clear solution.

The time when I am supposed to start using the medication is getting closer, and this situation is extremely irresponsible.
