Not the best price available but they do prescribe for over 75s which many do not. Takes a few days to be prescribed and no deliveries on Mondays.

Too much hassle
I would have given 5 stars for the fast processing and delivery, but I am fed up with receiving multiple emails and texts from them every single day, without the option to unsubscribe. I’ve tried to block their text messages but I still keep getting them.

I put a review on here last week about the poor packaging I received from hey Slim.
I'd like to put a very positive review about how they dealt with my issue.
I was contacted after my email by Justin to apologise and to say they took my concerns seriously and a senior pharmacist would be in touch, they were as good as their word, I was told they had been looking at wool packaging and based on recent feedback they were going to review their packaging.
I was promised some needles, they sent me a full box of 100 as a goodwill gesture along with a discount on my next pen.
They really did take on board my concerns which is fantastic as a lot of companies don't care.
I also had a chat with one of the pharmacists and he was really knowledgeable helpful in terms of my dose.
I was able to place my next order early given the Christmas period, ordering again was very simple, I received my pen yesterday wrapped in wool, larger ice pack, still frozen and they'd very kindly put 100 wipes in there too. Excellent service!

Really easy and so fast, MJ was delivered within 36 hours of placing my first order with them,
****Avoid**** LONG DELAY'S*****
Order placed on 28th November. Still showing as "processing". Ive been asked to submit my ID twice, which I have completed swiftly. Trying to speak to a human is nearly impossible as you're faced with an AI bot. Order elsewhere! Not worth the hassle!
Disappointing!!!
As expected, but limited courier services
After a slight delay, which was to be expected due to black Friday sales. Everything was shipped and recieved fairly quickly.
My only suggestion would be to offer alternative courier services.
Very Slow - No Communication
I ordered on 3rd Dec, it was quickly approved and it has still not been dispatched and no communication as to why not 5 days later. I am now likely to miss my dose of medication this week because of this. I tried to contact support today, but sat as 5th in line with a 9-12 minute wait for over 15 minutes.

Simple procedure and not too long for delivery.
Poor communication.
Ordered MJ two days ago. Received an email asking for proof of prior use to which i replied- have heard nothing back.
Have emailed multiple times and had no response. Called the company all day yesterday and again this morning and getting an automated message to say they are open Monday-Friday 9-5 but cannot answer right now. Really worried I’ve lost my money

Very easy to order from, quick reply from yourselves. Accepted as a customer and injection sent out all within a day. Best pharmacy I have dealt with so far.

Late and incomplete order. AVOID!
Firstly when I ordered it showed that I would recieve my order within 2 days. Then I received an email saying it was delayed due to "Black Fridag sale". If youre gping to have a sald you should be prepared for the increased orders. So my mediacation was already delayed past when I need to take it. My order then since arrived but is incomplete. They have strangely provided disposal for medical waste but have not provided the necessary needle attachments and wipes. The pen alone is now useless and I still am unable to take my medication and there is no contact support email or form to talk to a representative, just an ai chatbot.

Bought Mounjaro and deeply regretted it I uploaded all my evidence paid for next day delivery (it didn’t come)
Trying to speak with advisor by emailing,chat and phone no one and I mean no one gets back to you it’s just automated. Massive con of a company !!
Do not waste your money shop a lot more reliable.

No contact after payment
I registered and paid on 29 November. I uploaded the info they wanted. I also asked for a human to contact me re dosage. Despite being told twice now that an agent will get back to you shortly, I have had no contact at all from anyone - nothing in spam before you ask. I am very concerned as this is a large amount of money to just send to a faceless/voiceless company! I am considering just cancelling the whole lot. Please respond!
After their initial response 18 hours ago I have heard nothing! I think I’m finished with heyslim and wish to cancel. I’m saying this on here as there has been no response to 3 emails I have now sent them!

My account was changed to inactive due…
My account was changed to inactive due to there pricing and me being unwell. They still proceeded to take payment despite this. All staff offline to try and sort why they did this and a refund

I feel this company is a scammer
I feel this company is a scam. They are offering weight loss injections much cheaper than most other companies. I completed the online medical history, was approved and directed to make payment. I completed the payment with Apple Pay and it showed on my online banking that I’d paid but it don’t show on Hey Slim and they were still asking me to make payment and directing me to use my card number. A few hours later my bank showed the payment had been refunded so I paid again with Apple Pay and the same thing happened. There’s no way I was going to enter my card details!!

Great company
Great company, very helpful and trustworthy,lovely team. My doctor is always looking after me,gives me the best advices and very helpful. I finally see good results with my weight loss journey and I'm so happy and grateful to Heyslim team. Definitely recommend
Re order confusion
I was very impressed with Hey Slim and Doctor Ballan’s personal phone call.
It was refreshing knowing that he was aware of my medications etc and felt reassured these would not have a negative reaction with the mounjaro.
I felt secure knowing I could contact him should I have any concerns.
However the payments side of the company and the support emails were quite confusing and I ended up being charged £199 for a repeat order which I did not expect.( I may have misread the T&Cs)
I thought by pressing the cancellation order option straight away my order would not be processed or dispatched.
The cancellation did go through as I was offered a retention discount but this was added to a future order not the order in question.
Dr Ballan contacted me and made sure the retention discount was refunded and would also apply to my next order when and if I felt ready to order.
I have received an email confirming this from Justin and it would seem these issues could have been avoided but the outcome is satisfactory.

I am new to heySlim - GREAT SERVICE!
I am new to heySlim and have to say that I am very impressed so far with ALL aspects of their service. I am just ordering my second pen after receiving their “offer pen”. Prior to ordering I received a personal phone call from Dr Thushyan Ratnabalan asking me how I was following the switch recently from Mounjaro to Wygovy 1mg dose and discussed in great depth my medical history and medications. This kind of service is better that any other company/supplier I have used since commencing the use of weight loss medication some 17 months ago. I was yet again about to search for other “introductory offers”, however following this level and kind of personal service I will not be doing so! I am so pleased with the reassurance that Dr Balan gave me and had to share this experience with others considering using or switching to heySlim for their weight loss medication.
