Ordered a fidget, lanyard and 2x plastic wallets for the lanyard. Easy to navigate website and a good stock. Company was very attractive for me as ‘hidden disabilities’ stopped selling the autism spectrum card so had to look else where. Very happy I came across this company and will be back again for another order. Recommend to everyone

after a friend of mine suggested this sensory room I finally decided to try it yesterday bank holiday Monday 8th may,.the sensory room and shop are fantastic can’t fault them ,we loved the sensory room but I am sorry to say the actual customer service let the whole experience down.2 women were there an older more mature lady and she was lovely and a younger girl with acqua blue hair and unfortunately I cannot say the same for her, she wasn’t friendly at all, everything seemed to be a problem hardly smiled and made me my friend and children feel not at easy or welcomed in there. As soon as we arrived she told me we couldn’t have the full section etc why booking me in? and all that cos we was last slot in and she wanted us out so she could close, as soon as we got out the sensory room she was at the back and was shouting not in a very nice tone of voice to the other lady “are they out yet?”at this point I really couldn’t wait to leave that place. my little boy had a quick look around the shop while we was getting ready to leave and wanted to buy but i after I got made to feel not welcomed refused to buy any things from there and provably she would have refused to sale us anything cos she just wanted us out.as soon as we stepped out the shop she shut the shutter and that was around 4.15.i am not one for leaving bad reviews but I feel something has to be done ,manners and kindness cost nothing and if she doesn’t like her job she shouldn’t be there. We even tidy after ourselves before we left the sensory room . Would I go back again ?not sure after yesterday even tho I had it plan to go back with lots of other mummy friends again

I was told I would receive an email to say when my order will be dispatch, this did not happen. There’s not enough space to write on the ID card.
