My product works well and also arrived very promptly especially for these times…
My product works well and have been using it on my old mare for her joints which has helped her considerably. She's now running around the paddock like a 2yr old. My product also arrived very promptly especially for these times.

I was happy with everything except that…
I was happy with everything except that I ordered a what I thought was a 500gm tub of herbanerve and received a refill bag. For the price I would expect it to be in a tub. Other than that I am very happy with the product and also delivery was quite fast.

Very happy to be a recurring customer and actually see the results it makes!
Very happy to deal with Hi form and be a recurring customer. I use the ProflamAid Plus for my 33yo and I can honestly say I see the difference it makes for her with her arthritis. It's clear it helps her and she even goes for more of a spin around the paddock like a young filly! Great to see the results and my old gal feeling footloose and fancy free you can see her joy running around! Thank you Hi Form you have made an old mare and her mum happy.

Asking for review too early
You have repeatedly sent me this request yet after nearly 3 weeks my order has not been delivered. I placed 2 x orders for other pet supplements simultaneous to my Pet Ark order and both were delivered more than 10 days ago, also from Eastern States. Based on this my opinion of your service is quite poor.

Hi there is your name Robert Dryden? If this is you I am sorry to hear there has been a delay, but your order was received on the 9th of September and shipped the same day here is the tracking number RGA0011901000930808 on checking Oz post today it says it is delayed. Unfortunately we do not have control over the shipping once it leaves our warehouse. I am sure you are aware Melbourne Metro is in stage 4 lock down with reduced staffing in distribution companies such as Australia Post. There are long delays with many shipments, customers are not receiving parcels at normal shipping times even when sent from Victoria to Victoria. Once again I am sorry but we are doing all we can do under these circumstances. in regards to you receiving a request from Trust Pilot this is automated so I am sorry you have received this more than once. If your parcel does not arrive by the end of the week can you please contact us so my staff can follow this up for you but in the meantime perhaps contact you local Post Office.
