Prince & Derick are two very impressive individuals. Their communication was superb, giving accurate updates on their expected arrival, which was exactly at the start of the delivery window. They delivered a heavy table and chairs and took extreme care in putting them where we wanted. They were polite and courteous throughout. If only all deliveries could be so professional…

Giani and Samir are both fantastic. Polite and efficient.
The product has a manufacturing defect which the guys photographed and reported straight away.
The delivery was at 07:00 on Saturday. That disturbed my neighbour so an after 09:00 delivery would be better.

Giani and Samir excellent service
Giani and Samir have just delivered a large table and 12 chairs…..and on a very hot day!
They took away the old outdoor furniture and put up the new furniture extremely quickly and left taking all packaging with them.
Polite and good communication skills. Thoroughly recommend using these guys and this company

Giani and Samir were excellent! Great communication, with a phone call 40 minutes prior to arrival. Arrived exactly within the timeframe provided the day before.
A very large, heavy sofa & they navigated the tricky doorway superbly 😬 Unwrapped it, set it up where I wanted it, checked everything worked as it should & even took away all the packaging! Honestly couldn’t have asked for any more. Huge thanks, once again! 🥰

Sanju and Shubh were polite, efficient and tidy. They assembled the patio table without exchanging a word so obviously knew what they were doing. They showed me how to expand the table and then make it smaller again. All packaging was taken away. Excellent service

Pretended to attempt delivery and would…
Pretended to attempt delivery and would not listen or view CCTV to show no one had been to our site at all. Now cancelling the order - we are a hotel and this has now cost us A LOT
I have asked them what they are going to do regarding our delivery and they just put the phone down, refuse to look at CCTV evidence of whole site and refuse to speak to me at all.
Really concerned about this service
We have tried to speak to them loads and they just keep on refusing to sort. keep putting phone down. no help at all and apparently everyone is a manager.

Mirror Delivery
We had our mirror delivered and thought we'd mention the quality of service. The delivery team were friendly and professional, and very efficient. We also really appreciated the text updates that kept us informed about the arrival time. Everything was handled smoothly from start to finish, and even opened and checked for damage before handing over the product. Highly recommend this service!

Andy and James delivered my Beliani garden furniture today, and I couldn’t be more impressed. They kept me updated with accurate delivery times throughout the day, which made everything so easy to plan.
They were the most professional delivery drivers I’ve ever experienced. Despite the hot weather, nothing seemed to faze them. They were friendly, courteous, and took great care with the furniture, making sure everything was exactly where I wanted it and that I was completely happy before they left.
