Good, well chosen display of products. I bought preserves: the honey tastes lovely, the jam and marmalade given as a gift. The two assistants in the shop were very pleasant and helpful.

Prompt and efficient. Always buy cards/postcards of Highgrove garden.

While I was surprised at the customs charge, I expected it.

The fudge, I’m sorry was awful. And the cookies were very hard ok if I wanted to dunk in my tea! Sorry
