I ordered Christmas cards, a little early I know but they are so lovely..everything was very easy and they arrived on time..the chap who delivered them was smart and polite..I would recommend Highgrove shopping to any one.

Outstanding Products and Brilliant Customer Service

I was pleased with the bag I ordered
I was pleased with the bag I ordered. It is a lovely design. BUT it came in a huge box which has been difficult to break down for recycling. The delivery from DPD was BAD. THE COURIER MADE NO ATTEMPT TO DELIVER IT AND I HAD TO PICK IT UP FROM THE POST OFFICE. I WAS HOME ALL THE TIME. As I have mobility difficulties I will not order again.

DHL Delivery Ruined The Experience
Highgrove has truly excellent products, especially the caramels, the orange cookies, and the mustard. DHL, the shipper, is another story entirely. They managed to add $95 to a $103 order in grossly inflated shipping and "administrative" fees, including miscalculating the duty. After that rip-off I won't order again. This is really unfortunate, because I'd otherwise be eager to buy again. Highgrove, could you stick a warehouse in the U.S. or do it through Amazon? You are an ethical outfit, being terribly served by your sleazy shipper.

Highgrove have a really good on line service with great products. I ordered a bottle of wine which came well packaged.
