Do not buy from hike-adventure you are taking a big risk with purchasing from them.
I ordered two items from them in November. One item sent was the wrong size even though I ordered the right size. I contacted them and they said they would give me a refund, it’s now February and I’m still waiting for it even after countless emails. The other item I wanted to return because it was a Xmas present that was not wanted, again I contacted them and they have just ignored all communication on this issue. Even though they state on their website 30 day returns.
Every email I receive from them is exactly the same “thank you for your patience we’ve passed it to our other department and they will contact you” which they never do. Scam company using the Netherlands as a base to sell cheap Chinese goods marked up in price which you could get for far less on aliexpress.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. The product came 3 weeks late and it was too small and caused itchiness. I tried to return it but they insisted on a £5 return on a £50 product. When I didn’t accept they stopped replying. Crazy…

Ordered a heated jacket and it arrived but the sizing was too small.I contacted them and they got back to me quickly and agreed to send a larger size straight away. Great service.

My husband’s was a little small , so I got In touch and straight away they told no problem in returning . They were very helpful indeed.

SCAM COMPANY DO NOT PURCHASE
I found this website when googling heated hoodies, looked at the site and it looked very professional (don’t let that fool you). I looked and saw it wasn’t based anywhere near China which was one of my criteria’s after a previous company from china had messed up an order and this was to replace that order. I ordered the size which should have fitted with no issues 4XL paid for my order and then waited for it to arrive. It took ages to arrives and that should have been an indicator of where it was being shipped from, when it arrived covered in Chinese wording my heart sank. The size at best was a XL so extremely small. Contacted the company straight away to request a return of the item, was informed this could be done but had to be shipped back to china at my cost!! Eh why is that? not my fault your sizing isn’t right!! Then was informed I could keep the item and receive a 50% store credit which is pointless as nothing would be big enough! I then was told I could keep the item and receive a 25% refund and this is where I am today, even after email after email I have been given excuses after excuse I still have not received my refund!!! I am now going to contact my bank to get a charge back on this item, as far as I am concerned this company is a scam they take your money and then won’t let you get your money back easily!! PLEASE PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND DO NOT, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!! Making money from
People knowing that their items are not correctly sized. Also you do not get the batteries with the items, which is probably due to the restrictions of importing into the country (it’s more expensive to import with batteries attached) also there was a free thermal top which you would expect to be sent in the same size as the top I had ordered it came in a size SMALL!!! Omg how on earth is that going to fit me (Baring in mind the sizing is small anyway!) TOTAL SCAM COMPANY STAY AWAY!!!! You can thank me later!!

Wish I could give zero stars. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS, it is a scam. I will be starting a chargeback through my bank as they promised me a refund and have since ignored all my emails.

Awful company to deal with, avoid at all costs. Despite website claims they do not respond with 24 hours, and they are not helpful . Be aware if you order anything you will not be able to return without several hundred emails that offer you a discount instead of solution

Ordered “rechargeable” heated socks
Ordered “rechargeable” heated socks, except they are not. The included cable to plug into any USB was not in the pack. What I got was a battery box to insert 3 alkaline batteries per sock (added cost). They were supposed to have heat settings as well - nope. When I contact them, I’m told you need to buy a rechargeable power pack to heat the socks. Excuse after excuse follows culminating in getting 15% refunded. The other option was to return them as they “ are not faulty” to China at my own expense. Do your self a favour, don’t be a mug like and fall for the pretty website and descriptions of a product that you certainly are not going to receive - feel right mugged off.

7 chase emails trying to organise a return of an item with no response. They initially requested me to write a positive review of them on trustpilot for a return. I had since bought a bigger size as needed and they have been radio silent
They are more responsive on here than they are on emails! 7 chasing emails and NOT ONE response after I said I had bought another item in the correct size as it was a gift.
I have been requesting a return since 31st December, this is ridiculous.

However, parcel took 3 weeks to arrive and when I queried this, I discovered it’s due to international shipping, coming from China. Sizing of everything is way off and if you want to return for a full refund, which their website states you are entitled to, you have to ship the items back to China at your own cost!! Ridiculous company and a total scam, waste of time and money - do NOT waste your money with their products

Sizes are AT LEAST 2 sizes smaller than they should be.
Be warned! Although their office purports to be in the Netherlands they are based in China and returns, at the customers expense, must be made to China which obviously makes it a non starter.
They are basically crooks.

Absolutely disgraceful – borderline scam
I spent nearly £200 on a heated jacket, hoodie, and underset as a Christmas present for my brother. Not only did the items arrive far too small, but I then discovered the return address is in China, meaning I’m expected to pay an extortionate amount (70% of the value of the refund) just to return their faulty sizing.
They list a Netherlands address on their website which is the same address in their Return & Refund Policy page.
Customer service offered a partial refund only, after bargaining with you for a positive review online which is unacceptable given the situation — and even that refund has still not been processed. At this point, I’m out of pocket and stuck with poor-quality items that look nothing like what’s advertised on their website. Cheap materials, misleading photos, and completely sub-par for the price charged.
This company is misleading at best and deceptive at worst. If you’re thinking of ordering, don’t — save yourself the stress, money, and disappointment.
Scam warning: avoid ordering.

Received heated jacket I ordered from them. Size was too small. I contacted them and they were responsive very quickly and working to try to send correct size. Will see how that pans out. Coat looks great, but don’t know if it works well since it’s way too small.
