Item was shown as dispatched but didnt arrived, and when queried I was advised that due to low stock it would be sent asap but no eta given
4 weeks later, item arrived; a gilet, with extremely small sizing, so no good. And you have to request from them how to return an item - no surprises then that 3 emails and 3 weeks later, im still waiting a reply
This company is either a scam or a completes shambles, or both

Do not order from this company, they are using cheap products from china and reselling them at premium prices. I have a faulty item which does not work and they will not allow me to return it until I send them a video showing how the heated top does not work. How can you see from a video that a top doesnt heat up. Its all delaying tactics. I have sent endless emails regarding my consumer rights but they are insistent that they need a video. They delivery time was also unacceptable it took about 3 weeks .

Ordered an insulated heated jacket. Arrived with no issues, but sizing was ridiculous. They agreed to send another item out if I covered the shipping cost, to which I agreed.
The courier delivered to a totally different address than mine, and ever since I’ve been chasing them to rectify.
They are now totally ignoring my emails, and have done nothing to resolve the issue… save yourselves time and money and use a reputable company who value their customers

Wow, wow and wow again!! Since December’25 I’ve sent countless emails which they’ve ignored. Now that I’ve commented on this platform, they respond making out they’re a customer friendly company who have a good customer service… THEY DON’T!!!
Obviously, they don’t like people knowing the truth about them.
If I can save just one person wasting their money with Hike then I’ll be happy, so please, for your own sake, shop elsewhere

Its not often I feel I have to give a bad review but after the last couple of weeks I will never give this company my money again.
I ordered 2 heated thermals sets, costing nearly £200. Stupidly I checked the delivery times after ordering and saw it would take 7-10 days to be delivered. I contacted them immediately asking to cancel my order, to which I received a reply that I couldn't cancel as my order had been processed. I decided to just wait for the items. After a week I emailed again to say the status of my order had been 'processed and awaiting despatch' for 6 days and ask for an updated delivery day and was told my originally request to cancel had been approved and would be sent to the relevant department for a refund which would take another 7-10days!! But this is only after I contacted them 6 days later!
Customer service is absolutely shocking and I will never put another order in again.

Bought a heated gilet, sizing was WAY off and given that the gilet had taken weeks to arrive, I wouldn't have received a replacement in time for Xmas, so I requested a refund. However I had to return the gilet...to china. All website info states the company is in the Netherlands but clearly not given the sizing and return address.
The customer services were very friendly. Offered me a partial refund but partial refund never came...still waiting a month later. I'd avoid.

Has anyone ever got their replacement .I ordered a heated gilet in large size ,which is too small ,definitely not large
I emailed company to return said garment and get a bigger sizes They responded very quickly and said that once I had given a review on trust pilot they would sed me an invoice for the sum of€10 to cover handling costs and to keep the original order as post and packing costs and environmental issues. I gave a good review as they responded so quickly I still haven't received that invoice I have emailed customer service but no response so far.No wonder they want a review before the deal with anything. Very disappointed as I liked their ethics on their website.

Ordered this for a Birthday present. Item got lost in post and I was promised a full refund. After several emails and several weeks later, still no refund. I had to get the bank to intervene to get my money back.

Since Christmas the company is Ignoring emails entirely. Refusing to engage regarding exchange or refund. Will have to take to trading standards also as I'm not getting a response. The customer service is clearly AI.

I ordered winter insulated boots on 28th November. By 8th January 2026 I have still not received the boots. I have sent countless emails only to be told that they had run out of the product due to the sale and they said 6th December it’s on its way. It is not and I have sent 3 emails asking for a cancellation of the order and a refund. There has been no response to any of my emails about a refund. I have had to ask my bank for a refund dispute.

It's turned out I ordered the wrong size and customer services were brilliant at offering a replacement. They were very quick to respond and helpful - thank you!

Do not trust this company. Bought a jacket which was meant to be large - but was tiny! The company refused to give me a refund. Said I had to return it to China and that would cost more than the item! After numerous emails they agreed a small refund if I kept the jacket. I still have not received the refund even though i have sent emails again.. BE WARY
As you can see below the company replied below and I email daily and they still ignore my emails and do not reply. It is a standard response to reviews but they still do nothing

I ordered this as a Christmas gift, although I did not realise it comes from abroad and it therefore took a while to arrive. Unfortunately the sizing is small and the intended recipient needs a bigger size. I have emailed the company requesting a replacement with a larger size. However, I am currently unable to comment on the quality or use of the product owing to the small size and the fact I have not yet received the replacement.
