I ordered a pair of sandals size 40 and received size 43. Hikecare advise they always send one size larger. I advised I wanted size 40 only. I have received 3 pairs of sandals to date size 43. After I complained yet again and requested a refund I haven’t heard from them.

The 'quality' of the glass dog light is poor. The black finish of the stained-glass look is badly done and there is no way to change the light globe if it stops working as the entire unit is sealed. I did send a contact form around 23 December to Hikecare but so far have heard nothing. I thought about buying another lamp but based on the customer reviews and my own experience, that won't be happening. I'm also disappointed to hear the company is Chinese although that would explain the shoddyness of the product.

Promised delivery within 3-8 days 14 days later still no parcel. No information on courier company, no contact number for Hikecare. Sent email 4 days ago and no response. Got update today another 4-6 days for delivery. Do no buy off this company the products are not from UK they are from China.

Purchased the glass book mug which is very poor quality, nothing like the photos on the website or in the reviews.

It upsets me to think l give the disgusting whoever they are a star or else l could not review. DO NOT deal with this company of scammers, they are seriously bad. I canceled my order within hours of paying as l read the reviews & they replied 3 days later to say they were on there way & when they arrive don’t accept them. They haven’t arrived but l used a 3rd party to pay for them & of course they pay the supplier immediately so after a 2 wk battle I’ll have to pay $59.99 for something that l don’t get. DONT do it folks. Im a super careful person but they sounded stable & an Australian company, NO they’re not they’re from China. 0/0

Purchased handmade glass poodle that lights up with various different colored glass. The item delivered looks nothing like photo that is on hike care Australia's website. This is pure deception.

I did not receive my parcel. I did not give any authorisation for the parcel to be left. Not only did the driver decide to leave the parcel, it was left on a busy footpath with no attempt made to either contact me or to leave in a secure place!! The company refused any responsibility because they had a photo of where the parcel was left!!! Beware of this company. No accountability. I certainly would not recommend,

Hikecare are dodgy, don't buy from them. You can't contact them if you aren't happy with product. Emails to them bounce back, there is no phone number or other ways to contact them.

The cat I bought was plastic rubbish. All the reviews that appear on their website are copies of each other, there are no unique re views.

DO NOT TRUST AND BUY ANYTHING FROM HIKECARE AUSTRALIA
This firm is a scam. I bought shoes and insoles for AUD99.98 and its scam courier "microexpress" -- which sits on parcels for days -- delivered my parcel to another address, NOT MINE, on Sunday night and left the parcel in darkness by that wrong address's letterbox and in full view of the street. Despite the evidence I provided for this, this scam firm Hikecare Australia refuses to refund my money. I DO NOT GIVE IT ANY STARS BECAUSE HIKECARE IS A SCAM FIRM. DO NOT LOSE YOUR MONEY TO THESE SCAM AND BS ARTISTS.

I apparently wrongly reviewed Hike Care & the review should have been for HikeCare UK - However, my review has now been linked to HikeCare/ au. This is INCORRECT, & should be for HikeCare UK with return details of: Dimtar Vlahov.2 Kochani, 2300 Macedonia & emails received from nilnook-uk@nilnookuk. So, be very careful,as all the Hike Care / HikeCare / HikeCare websites look exactly the same, & 2 have return addresses in Macedonia. Basically the walking trainers arrived. Firstly, shoe sizes did not match, BUT, more importantly, the shoes were of rubbish quality, thin plastic soles, transfer design, & no resemblance to the advertising at all...other than the main colour. Contact with customer service had them offering me 100% discount on another pair, & to keep the first pair, & 'gift' to a friend! I wouldn't donate these shoddy shoes to a charity shop, as would be embarrassed. After an exchange of emails with 'Dora', an obvious automated customer service agent, who despite a request not to, continually addressed me using my surname, I have given up on a refund, so just wish to warn everyone to AVOID this company at all cost. I had initially advised the company that their size charts are totally wrong, as the 'inches' do not correspond to the 'centimetre' measurements, so should've realised that the rest of their website would've been useless too. Lesson learned, read the reviews, and spend the same money locally, or online with 'return to UK' company, on a pair of walking trainers, that fit, & WILL protect your feet. To conclude, if this company can offer 100% discount for every complaint, it just confirms how cheap the product is to manufacture, and NOT good customer service from 'Dora', who should try 'exploring' in their walking shoes 🤣. Unfortunately, I couldn't give zero stars for the product.

Bought a pair of trainers from them came and they were like rocks even though they state that they are orthopaedic ones
Could only return if I paid the £16 postage to Macedonia even though the company says uk so I posted to the return address on label to be now told that I’ve lost the shoes

Bought a coffe cup that looks like a stack of books, received and nothing like the photo, they will not refund, offered a replacement, hahaha do not want 2 of this piece of crap. Shame I cannot post any photos, but to all others complaining about this company, please go to Fair Trading, takes a few minutes and you can attach photos. all the best

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!! I WAS TOTALLY FOOLED BY A BEAUTIFUL "HAND PAINTED" MUG. BOUGHT 3 , PLANNING TO GIVE AS CHRISTMAS GIFTS. THEY ARRIVED, LOOKING LIKE A 3 YEAR OLD HAD PAINTED THEM. NOTHING AT ALL LIKE THE IMAGE ON ADVERTISING. THEY THEN DENIED MY CLAIMS, TOLD ME THE PRODUCT WAS ACTUALLY AS PORTRAYED, AND MY REQUEST FOR A REFUND WAS "UNJUSTIFIED". DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE SCAMMERS!!

Absolute rip off. Ordered what looked like a beautiful dog light with lots of stunning vibrant colours for a friends birthday present. Oh my word, what arrived weeks later was a tiny little yellow dog with the tiniest dab of paint on it. Even the shapes within it were all different. NOT AS ADVERTISED Avoid

I ordered what looked like a lovely novelty mug. What I received many days later was a vary sad mug, that looked nothing like it was advertised.

This is not Australian. Ships from China, takes over two weeks for that and what I received is nothing short of shit. Was the handmade book mug - looks like something a drunkard made at a night class. Its ugly, dull, ridiculous and nonfunctional. Spam emails with 3 or 4 for each "update". Dora apparently "helped" me by not answering any question i had about whether this was actually Chinese junk. Today I had it confirmed when the "mug" turned up. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They should be banned from advertising as being Australian. Should've checked out the review closer - they're literally duplicated word for word reviews.
