Customer service is terrible.
Shipping is incredibly late. At one point they wrote to me and said they would have an item framed and then they tracked that and said they don’t do framing. So I had to pay for that as well.
The picture they sent me is not what is posted on their website. At this point, I doubt it will ever show up and even if it does, I can’t believe that I would be impressed with the results..

Complete waste of time and money

The painting is beautiful and arrived carefully wrapped. The frame was easy to assemble. The painting looks great in our dining room.

The painting that I bought and received is absolutely beautiful. I never would’ve believed I could buy an artwork in this manner. I’m quite old-fashioned and yet this was a fabulous experience and will buy from them again.

Beautiful artwork but the uncertainty

La experiencia ha sido fantástica. El cuadro ha llegado en perfecto estado y es simplemente maravilloso. Me gustó recibir fotos del cuadro recién pintado para poder dar el ok. Por poner una pega, solo comentar que hemos echado en falta un mensaje de "su pedido está en camino". Pero es algo insignificante. Todo fenomenal.

We well be disputing the payment to Amex.

The colors were not as bold, as pictured in the advertisement. Additionally, it was not clear that the print would not be delivered in a frame. For the price, I expected the painting to be framed.

It looks like it was pained by a 5 year old child! I ordered two, one was worse than the other. They are not even worth to be framed. I donated them to the local thrift store. What a scam.

Loved this bespoke artwork service. My painting is beautiful, arrived carefully packaged to Australia and communication was amazing throughout. Loved the ability to view a draft of my artwork part way through. Excellent company to deal with. Would use again.

The fact they sent an update on progress, asking for approval shows they want satisfied clients.

My review must have 10 characters. Whatelse do I HAVE to do???? I asked you to stop sending me emails insisting I write a review. You apologized said you wouldnt since I have yet to open and frame the painting. And heres another one. Way to totally turn off a customer. Stupid way to do business guys. Was just unnecessary.
