Awesome service

The quality of the paintings was quite good, and I did have one painting I asked for additional work to be done one, which was handled nicely.

My 4 star rating is due to the lack of clarity around the fulfillment of my 5 paintings. Hila would be wise to move to an online system that doesn't require speaking to client service people. The information I received from them was sometimes incomplete, sometimes wrong "we don't ship all of your paintings together" and it was difficult to get information on where they were at in the process. Then, an email showed up, I believe from the shipper, saying my entire order would arrive in a few days.

Company should specify that the art work does not come framed.

Came with artist authentication papers and looks very professional. Can’t wait to see the finished product.
There are extra import fees for delivery to Canada to be aware of.

I’ve purchased a couple of pieces in the past and like the process. The sense of involvement is satisfying.

“My experience with Hila Art was disappointing. I purchased The Peacock, yet I received a different artwork that did not reflect the value of what I had paid for. I attempted to contact the company for several days, but no one answered the phone. I was forced to file a complaint through PayPal, and the company requested that I pay $200 dollars to return the painting they had mistakenly sent me. After several months of trying to resolve the issue, they finally sent the correct artwork.”

I was dismayed when my painting arrived unframed. When I emailed that I would like to return it, it took 3 days and the threat of a lawsuit before I was finally given a return address (in Germany!). I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WILL BE REPORTING IT TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

Just moved into a large house with lots of walls so I needed paintings. It was easy to order and delivery was easy. Love the paintings.

Verey disapointed. was so looking forward to receving the paintings. What I get is something that looks like paint haphazedly splaterd over a template to look like a painting.
Do you want them back ?. Or do I throw them in the bin. I don't feel like spending any more money on them. It's making me think twice ordering on line.

Hila artists are awesome! Their work immpecable, I made a comment of my piece before it was shipped and the artist arranged it just how I wanted it to be. AMAZING! Keep it going like that!
