The worst customer service experience I ever had!
Was hard to reach them, they didn't do what they promised and didn't get back to me with an update.
Instead of helping me to find my lost order with £200 value they just enforced that it was delivered while there was no real evidence from Royal Mail.
Not only did I lose so much money but they also made me feel like a fool.
I will avoid them for ever and would suggest everyone not to spend much money in this shop if don't want to lose it.

Placed an order before Christmas, item was never delivered. Customer service was horrible, slow to reply and never got a follow up regarding the missing item. Began ignoring emails, and this is the first issue to occurr out of several orders. The attitude and laziness from the customer service team is appalling. Cheap prices for an abysmal service. Stick to Total Cards, Chaos Cards or Card Vault. Avoid this shambles of a business.

Made 3 different orders over the last month, of 2 or more booster boxes. All arrived well packaged, on time, in great condition and for a competitive price.

I will be ordering from them going forward and would highly recommend them too anyone seeking their products.

Bought 80 quids worth of 3 pack blisters from silver tempest all bulk and basic holos no hits stay away

Ordered well in time for Christmas, paid the extra for the faster shipping due to the strikes which I know aren’t the fault of the company, however the customer service is completely lacking to start with, it looks like they haven’t bothered to post the items at all when checking the tracking they provided and when they told me to get back in touch they now don’t respond at all. Avoid this company. Luckily I paid by PayPal but I had to go through them to get my money back

Managed to order the Charizard UPC and was more than happy with the process. Delivered in 24 hours and well packaged. Kept upto date with notifications. Will definitely be ordering again from Hills Cards

All round shocking experience! The way the charizard upc restock was handled was appalling. Everything from the advertisement, the untimely notifications of restock, the actual distribution and criteria needed for eligibility. Literally a shambles. Sad to say I won’t be using this store again having already spent several hundred pound in the store.

Brilliant received my order very fast and my item turned up in perfect condition, I will definitely be using again. :)

I have been buying TCG Products for a couple of years now and they are by far the best for price and customer experience. I have contacted them a few times now about my orders due to postal strikes or preorder queries and they have always been helpful and willing to try to resolve my query. I highly recommend them for anyone who wants good value, great customer service and reliable and safe delivery.

Simply outstanding customer service. I can't recommend Hills Cards enough. The team went out of their way to get my items shipped despite the Royal Mail strike. Good selection of products, genuine shop with genuine products, but their shipping lets it down. They'll mark something as dispatched, but from the tracking number you can see they don't actually hand it over to the courier for at least three days AFTER marking it as 'dispatched' (my current order was 'dispatched' five days ago and they still haven't handed it over!). They'll have paid the postage, have the parcel ready to go...but then just sit with it for days before actually handing it over to any courier. Zero point in paying for 'faster' postage speeds with this in mind. Don't be wanting anything in a hurry and be prepared to wait a WHILE. When they say its dispatched, it isn't really.

I've made several orders and I've been really pleased everytime. Once they contacted me to let me know I won a chance to buy a super rare item which was amazing so thanks very much!

I have ordered a couple of things from Hills Cards now and I have been extremely pleased with both of my orders. The items were well packaged, speedy dispatch and no plastic, which is a bonus once the items are received safely without damage. highly recommend.

I feel like this place doesn’t get enough credit. I’ve had multiple orders with them for high demand items and never had any issue. Always a fair price (very often slightly under rrp) and delivered on time.

The first batch of my celebrations products have arrived and I’m very happy with the purchase

I order some single Pokemon cards, which were labelled as mint condition. These cards were delivered quickly but they weren’t all top loaded, because of this some of the cards came warped. I am disappointed by this company for not packing these cautiously. In addition all of these cards were very mis-cut. Would not recommend this service to anyone, use Chaos Cards instead.
