Simon has recently become the estate agent for my property. He has been extremely helpful with sorting out an EICR, and an electrician to install a new fuse box. He responds promptly to any query I have had regarding the planned renting out of my property. He still needs to advertise the property and find a tenant in the next month but at this point I feel reassured by his professional manner and his attention to detail.

I am very pleased with my experience so far. The distinguishing factor of Hills Lettings is the level of service you receive and the clear upfront cost structure, which is also very competitive. I recently moved from a large letting agency to Simon at Hills Lettings and have never looked back. Instead of dealing with a different person for every query, I now have one person with all the answers at his fingertips. He follows up immediately on problems. Previously I waited weeks for action and sometimes received incorrect advice. Importantly I now receive the rent when due instead of waiting up to a week to receive the money. His invoices are also accurate comprehensible and straight forward to understand.

Simon was very easy to deal with, everything has been handled well so far renting our property was easy to do!
