Ich besitze seit März 2024 ein Himiway Cobra und bin sehr zufrieden mit dem E-Bike. Ausschlaggebend für den Kauf war die Stabilität und Belastbarkeit. Andere Hersteller bieten ein maximales Systemgewicht von 150 kg, nicht genug für mich und mein Gepäck. Das maximale Systemgewicht der Cobra (220 kg) paßt am Besten zu meinen Anforderungen. Die Reichweite beträgt je nach Streckenprofil und gefahrener Geschwindigkeit 80 bis 110 km. Bis heute habe ich eine Gesamtstrecke von über 2000 km zurückgelegt. Wenn es ein Problem gab, war der Support (Evans und Leo) immer schnell, freundlich und hilfsbereit und sorgte dafür, dass das Problem zeitnah gelöst wurde. Benötigte Ersatzteile wurden schnell verschickt und meine Cobra war innerhalb von 2 Wochen wieder einsatzbereit. Ich würde jederzeit wieder ein E-Bike von Himiway kaufen.

Wir haben Anfang 2024 2 Himiway Zebra bestellt. Ein Step Over mit Trittsensor und ein Step Thru Upgrade mit Drehmomentsensor. Wir sind immer noch sehr angetan, von den Rädern. Da ich mein StepOver auch für den Arbeitsweg nutze, habe ich in knapp 7 Monaten fast 5000 km geschafft!

Es werden hochqualitative Pedelecs mit einem ungewöhnlich guten Preis- Leistungsverhältnis angeboten. Andere Anbieter können hier nicht mithalten. Teurer ist nicht automatisch besser.

Der Support hat sich inzwischen sehr gut entwickelt. Die erste Reaktion erfolgt mindestens am nächsten Arbeitstag meistens schneller.
Der Support hat inzwischen eine Methode entwickelt mittels sehr exakt gestellter Fragen und der Anforderungen von Fotos oder Videos vom möglichen Schadenbild über Tausende von Kilometern hinweg sehr gute Diagnosen zu stellen.
Bei der Bereitstellung von Ersatzteilen ist man sehr kulant.

The support has developed very well in the meantime. The first response is usually quicker, at least on the next working day.
The support has now developed a method of making very good diagnoses by asking very precise questions and requesting photos or videos of possible damage over thousands of kilometers.
The company is very accommodating when it comes to providing spare parts.

The best bike ever. I bought two A7 pro at Himiway.de, one for my wife and one for me for ridding and to go to work. The comfort is a very high level one, you barely feel the road.High quality equipment and very powerful motor.
The customer service is one of the best I have ever meet. They follow each demands to its end, and are very patient to help you in order you feel satisfied.

Bought this so I could switch from road bike to canal tracks and such.
Also I needed something to offer assistance so that I could make my ride time longer and get more exercise.
It arrived well packaged and took just a few minutes to assemble using the tools provided.
It’s my first e-bike and I’m really impressed by the Himiway Zebra. It is exactly what I wanted and needed. The saddle is comfortable even without cycling shorts, the display is clear and tells you everything you need to know. I find the different levels of assistance coupled with being in the correct gear gives me exactly the right amount of help.
I’ve done a 35 mile ride on rough terrain and at 18st I thought I’d be pushing the battery life but not even close, I had 3 of 5 bars still showing.
Good looking bike with a hidden integrated battery.

I absolutely love my himiway cruiser I use it every day on my commute to work, the battery lasts really well. I'm a big guy and the motor gets me up Even the steep hills with minimum effort I'm a UK buyer so the throttle only works up to 6 kilometers which I did not know when I got it. Thinking it would be a twist and go but the motor help so much you don't need it be. And the throttle helps you get started even on a hill start very happy with my bike

Escape Pro My experience!
I just happened upon this page as I was looking for some accessories for my Escape Pro.
Wow, surprised at the disappointment in the Himiway experience. I don't work for or being paid by Himiway. I just wanted to tell my story about how my escaper pro has impacted my life. I had knee replacement surgery in April of 2022 and it's been a journey in recovery. I moved to Tucson AZ. to retire and my knee was still a bit sore and tight when I woke up. I decided to buy a bike to give me some exercise and range of motion. I researched a lot on bikes and then decided to buy an e-bike as a means of exercise and the second mode of transportation. I'm sure glad I got this particular e-bike. I just have had a really great experience in my physical and social life because of this purchase. I have made cycling friends and have started to do 20-mile rides. What I found with e-bikes was the fact you can adjust the amount of physical exertion you wish to spend. It's also nice to be able to start riding a bike with a little more assistance to get you going.
So for all those out there still deciding to make a large investment go ahead and take the step. I'm a senior and have had no trouble with the bike or the company.

Himiwaybike als Unternehmen zu bewerten ist für mich aktuell noch schwierig. Meine Erfahrungen mit dem Unternehmen sind durchweg positiv.
Im Mai 2023 habe ich mir einen Cruiser gekauft und bis jetzt absolut begeistert von dem Produkt. Für meine Anforderungen an ein E-Bike hat Himiwaybike hier das aktuell mit Abstand beste Preis-Leistungsverhältnis zu bieten. Natürlich ist hier nicht durchweg die Qualität eines Riese&Müller oder Cube oder Kalkhoff oder BBF Produktes zu erwarten. Im Gesamtpaket empfinde ich die Qualität aber als durchaus sehr gut. Der Cruiser ist inzwischen fester Bestandteil meines aktiven Lebenstils geworden. Den Service mußte ich noch nicht in Anspruch nehmen, hatte aber schon ein Aha-Erlebnis nach dem Kauf des von Himiway angebotenen verstellbaren Lenkervorbaus dessen Gehäuse auf Seite des Lenkrohres zu kurz ist. Das viel zu große Spiel in den Lenkerlagern konnte ich nur durch Zukauf und Neuzusammenstellung der Distanzhülsen „heilen“.
Aber das war für mich als Ingenieur kein Problem.
Insgesamt halte ich Himiway für eine jetzt schon gute Firma mit noch viel Potenzial für positive Überraschungen. Weiter so Himiway …… ich stehe immernoch für den Aufbau und die Leitung des Himiway Flagshipstore Deutschland in Berlin zur Verfügung.

Ich liebe meinen Cruiser. Er ist ein zuverlässiger Wegbegleiter. Der Service ist prima wenn man mal ne Frage hat oder ein Ersatzteil benötigt.
Ich kann Himiway nur weiter empfehlen.

Habe mein Big Dog 2 Wochen nach Kauf geliefert bekommen. Der Zusammenbau war mit der Anbauanleitung gut nachzuvollziehen. Bisher bin ich mit dem Bike zufrieden.

Ich habe zur privaten Nutzung ein Himiway Zebra seit Nov. 2022 mit mittlerweile fast 4000 km und ein seit März 2023 ein Himiway Cobra mit 1800 km. Beide E-Bike werden bei jedem Wetter genutzt und laufen praktisch ohne Probleme

Das Zebra ist mein Begleiter für den Alltag. Komfortabel und bei nahezu jedem Wetter pendele ich mit ihm zur Arbeit. Robust und als Lasten Esel verrichtet es seinen treuen Dienst.

Ich bin bisher Super zufrieden. Lieferung im perfekt gesicherten Karton und innerhalb weniger Tage. Kundenservice meldet sich Zeitnah und ist sehr bemüht dem Kunden schnell und zufriedenstellend zu helfen. Das Bike ist ein Knaller. Immer wieder gern.

Ich habe mein Bike nicht mal ein Jahr und bin schon 2 tausend km gefahren. Das Fahrerlebnis auf den fetten Reifen und mit dem durchzugstarken Motor ist echt grandios. Anfangsschwierigkeiten mit dem Motor wurden durch den HIMIWAY Service schnell behoben.
Ein rundherum gelungenes Bike und für den Preis unschlagbar.

Besser nicht kaufen. Die Qualität und der Kundenservice sind unter aller Kanone.

I bought the bike, but unfortunately the leather steering wheel has a hole in it. Then the bike was shipped. And I went on a journey. The journey was long, because I am confident that the bike would travel a distance of 128 kilometers with the pedal working. What happened was that the battery that was fully charged only traveled 40 kilometers. Then it stopped charging, and even after that I asked for help from a friend to come and pick me up because the bike was very heavy and a young man who plays bodybuilding and wrestling could not pull it or ride it and step on it... It was a huge disappointment. Then I said try it again. There were hills on the road. Here the bike stopped and did not take me up the hills, and I only covered 38 kilometers after charging the battery.... I mean, they lie about everything. I called the company and sent them an email explaining everything that happened to me. Now I am waiting for them to send me a battery.... I am waiting for how long, I do not know. Will they believe it this time or not???!!!!!!.......

This bike is quite heavy. Without a battery, no one can ride it, even strong athletes. Therefore, you must send more than one battery with each bike. Without burdening the bike owner with the hassle of paying for the battery. Because the customer trusted you that the bike will cover 128 kilometers while pedaling. But the truth is something else. You must bear the responsibility, not the customer

The important thing is to send four batteries so that they can be friends with the customer. When you brag and say in your ads that it covers 128 kilos. You must take responsibility. Note: Don't think the customer will be happy if you send him four batteries. On the contrary, the customer will be frustrated because there is no room on the bike to carry 4 batteries. The customer must purchase bags to put the two batteries in, which means another cost. You should send the batteries with bags to be placed on the bike... If you are honest with me about the bike, it will travel 128 kilometers after charging the battery with pedaling... Or you should not lie from the beginning and not involve the customer in purchasing a heavy item and then regretting it. Buying such a bike is a failure.

Warum teuer für den Zwischenhändler mitbezahlen?
Ich bin von dem Preis Leistungsverhälnis überwältigt. Auf meine Cobra werde ich permanent angesprochen. Die Leute sind positiv schockiert, wenn Sie hören, dass das Bike nicht mal 3000 € kostet. Also, Himiway hatte scheinbar eine gute Idee und auch gute Räder! ich denke mir, da steht dem Unternehmen eine rosige Zukunft in Aussicht. Das Cobra ist schlicht weg ein Wahnsinns-Bike. Sicher nicht jedem Geschmack, aber ein Spaß Faktor ohne Grenzen.
Wenn Sie dann noch die ein oder andere Teilekomponente tauschen gegen etwas mehr "Premium", dann ist das Rad perfekt.
