Same scenario here, I ordered since last month 26 August after 2weeks later I didn’t get it so I emailed them, they respond to my email after 2days and they said, they’re gonna sent me a new one but until now still not here.

Looks like they’ve conned me too. Still haven’t received my parcel from the 26th August. I asked them about it which they replied too quickly and they posted another one but I still haven’t received that either. Now I’ve emailed for a refund I’ve heard nothing!! Thanks a lot hipi. Money wasted that I haven’t got.
