Don't use HireAHelper
The container loaders provided regular updates that everything we identified to move would fit into the two 16' containers. Only as they were leaving with both containers loaded did they advise that all items would not fit. We had no opportunity to prioritize the items to leave out. My wife and I, both in our 60's, unloaded 30% of one of the containers and reloaded with the priority items. The loaders failed to wrap many of the furniture items in the 36 moving blankets we rented, resulting in damage to many of the furniture items. The unloaders were much better. However, upon completion, HireAHelper added an additional $250 fee for a heavy item. The estimator for HireAHelper knew exactly what items were to be loaded and unloaded. The added fee amounted to 30% of the original unload quote. This added fee was not reasonable. The service rep from HireAHelper was unfriendly and unwilling to discuss a reasonable solution. We will never use Hire a Helper again, nor will we ever recommend HireAHelper.

Guys were nice enough
Guys were nice enough. Rough with our items. Did not wrap furniture as advertised. Did not pay attention to items marked fragile, breakable or this end up. Had some furniture scratched up.

Everything that could go wrong did!! In the end the response from HireAHelper was apathetic at best. The back and forth was ridiculous and it took forever for them to respond to events they knew about and still took no responsibility for the problems! NEVER AGAIN!!!!
