The dropped off and picked up on time both occasions

My whole experience from start to finish was very disappointing, the bin was dropped off late and picked up four days late. Trying to contact office several times, left messages but no response. The only nice experience was the man who dropped the bin off and picked it up.

Skip bin delivered early on chosen day with driver knocking door to let us know. Bin was filled earlier than planned and collected the next day. Very pleased with the service.

A bin was cancelled by the provider due to not servicing my area. I was told to contact hireskipbins.com for a refund or rebooking. 3 weeks later still can't get a reply to emails or messages left on their phoneline that has never been answered... stay away..

Delivered on time. Picked up late due to driver having Covid but no problems at all and happy with the service

Issue with bin size into our driveway which they were very accomodating in sorting it out for us, very prompt and efficient. Well done.

The supplier still hasn’t collected the bin, does not answer their phone or respond to emails. Your company does not answer the phone or respond to emails. I will most certainly not be using or recommending your business again

My bin wasn't picked up on due date. My daughter was getting married and I was stressing that the skip would be in the photos. It was really bad I had to follow them up. I left messages and no one rang me back

Don't use this company. They are a scam. You can't contact them, they are a go-between for other dodgy suppliers who you also cannot contact. Believe the positive reviews on TP are suspect.

If your supplier is Express Skips NSW, do everything you can to cancel this booking. Do not proceed, if someone rocks up with the bin, get them away from your property.

I hired a bin for 24hrs. The bin turns up at 3pm on the day. I fill it, expecting it to be picked by 3pm the next day. Nope. Still sitting on my driveway, blocking my access to my car. Cannot contact the supplier, cannot contact HireSkipBins. Now what?
