Bin arrived on time Tuesday 13/09/22 and was booked for pick up Wednesday 14/09/22,an arborist was booked for Thursday 15/09/22 to take a tree next to bin after many emails and calls to 1800 numbers no reply the bin was cleared 4 days later 17/9/22

Great price! Dropped off and picked up on time.

I used 2 x 12 cubic metre bins.
The bins arrived on time and were removed on time.

I am waiting for a refund and am not getting any contact from the company.

I got Covid and I couldn’t get the bin filled up and I’m real out with my self about it

Were unable to provide skip on the specifies days that it was booked in for and have been trying to contact the company ever since for a refund. They don’t reply to emails, the contact phone number doesn’t work, they ignore direct messages via Facebook.. An absolute nightmare.

Not delivered on day requested. Could not contact by phone. Left messages and eventually After 5 days of non delivery found someone else

after booking my skip bin I received ZERO communication, you can not ring this “business” as their phone number goes to voicemail all the time.

Once the skip was finally delivered they have not picked the bin up!!! It has been sitting on my property for a month.

You can not get hold of the “supplier” as their phone number would constantly go to voicemail as well however now when you ring it states that there are incoming call restrictions

You can not contact either one of these businesses via phone, email or text ever!!!

There is no physical address listed for either this “business” or the “supplier”

Do not give these people your money you will be severely disappointed

I have also had to report the FULL skip bin left on my property as ABANDONED PROPERTY to the police to try and get it removed.

I have also reported both these businesses to Fair Trading as they are a complete scam!!

Skip was dropped off on the date requested. Unfortunately, pick up took longer than expected.
