great service, no fuss

The Skip from Phantom was put to me as the cheapest available. It turned out to be the most expensive due to the maximum weight of 495kg (?) compared to 2 tons with Aussie Skips. The excess was $65 for every 100kg compared to Aussie with $150 for a ton. The Bin was a rust bucket with two sides of the bottom completely rusted out - not suitable for any sand/soil or bricks. The driver could not get away quick enough. Delivery and pick-up were late with no communication. I have asked twice for a receipt of the excess fee and am still waiting. I have now been told that invoices are on
ly issued on Fridays - fingers crossed.

Pathetic communication. A week has passed, I am still waiting for a refund. No response to my email, no response to my phone message.

I hired the bin online to be drooped the next day. The bin didnt arrive so called office to be told that the person who was to drop bin had hurt himself. I understand things happen but noone let us know orcommunicated. I was told they woukd ring me back and this did not happen. I had to ring again to find out what was happening.
The bin finally arrived a day later but the driver put the bin at the top of my driveway blocking my garage so I could not put my car away. The instruction was to put the bin on the grass on the lawn near the road. How hard is it to follow written instructions. This was definitely not a good experience at all with this company. Not professional as they dont communicate or follow simple instructions

Delivery was simple, very happy with the service.

My experience with hireskipbins.com was a pleasant one.
They delivered when they said they would and when we needed more time they happily gave it to us, no problems.
I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Despite ordering early, I was told my requested time was not able to happen. I asked for a delivery between 8 and 9 am, they were late!!
I told them them they could pick up the bin after 3.00pm on the Friday, they turned up approx 3 hours early. When my wife spoke to driver he was rude and abrasive to her and would not speak to me when my wife range me.
As far as I am concerned I will NEVER use these people again, and I will tell my friends to stay away from them too!!!

Such a simple process, enter the dates and bin size needed and back comes the price. So very simple

You quoted me for. 4m bin and delivered a 2m bin and then left the overflow in a persons driveway without approval. Called the company and got told it’s my problem. Worst customer service ever

No communication at all , but happy with crew that delivered ended up communicating with them.

Delivery happened on time. Pick up was a day later than committed to. The office never pick up the call when enquiring as to when pick up would happen. So when the office did pick up the phone to confirm a pick up time it happened 24hrs after the time I was promised. The experience with the provider of the bins was frustrating. Poor communication Ange poor service.

Great online booking and great bin prices. Kept me informed an supplied detailed booking info.
The only thing that let them down is that the bin was a couple of hours late, which I was advised of by the deliver depot, other wise good service and would recommend them for bin hire.

Delivered on time. Friendly service. Very reasonably priced. Will use again.
