Our washing machine broke and I was worried about spiralling costs. Repaircare gave me one capped price including call out parts and labour and stuck to it. They estimated 4 days for repair but then it was changed to 2. They came when they said they would and it was fixed quickly.

From my initial telephone call, I was kept advised of all aspects of the repair for my American Fridge/Freezer. The cost was quoted and despite additional visits was adhered to, and I was advised of the repair throughout.
