Customer Service is awful! I never know what rep is assigned to the load, when something goes wrong I get passed around from person to person. Drivers show up and never have any pickup numbers or reference numbers even though when we book a shipment we send a complete BOL.

great customer service & delivery service & rates

Needed to move heavy equipment from Georgia to Wisconsin within 3 days. The exceptional part is that this was a last minute call on a Thursday to pick up equipment on Friday and deliver by Tuesday of the upcoming week. The delivery was made on Monday morning. And I still have all of my limbs in tact!

received 2 quotes on same load one was 200 dollars higher than other .would you use them??

They left my very large package on the front patio in full view of my very busy street After they told me they would be putting it on the side yard hidden from view. Unacceptable!!!

Worst shipping company ever
Nasty lady telling me package won’t be delivered and she called me at 5 pm telling me it’s pouring rain and she was in valley stream and I was 10 minutes away with no rain in site and she then hangs up on me knowing I called her bs
So deliver of my package was delayed two days now

Well I booked a load with you and the morning that is was to be picked up I get a call asking for info about the load which I knew was trouble. Then I get a call saying the driver would be late up to two hours so it cost me money because I had to have the rigging guys waiting around then you called back to say that the load would not be picked up until the next day so this was not a good experience
