Just what I wanted

Color doesn’t match the picture at all. Ordered light grey almost beige, received darkest ugly grey. Tone is not even. Wool is extremely thin. Don’t order it!

Arrived safely on time & well packaged! Beautiful threads 🤗

The service was perfect, thank you.
I will advise my friends the embroidery kit from Luca-s

Excellent service and quick delivery, cross stitch kits that I ordered were very well packaged

Will not be ordering from here again!!
Took almost 2 weeks for my order which should have take 2-3 days to arrive, they do not reply to emails. Took so long for them to actually ship my order that when they eventually did they did not have all of what I had ordered in stock so some items did not arrive!

Lovely choice of wools at an excellent price.

Great service , quick delivery

Great product. As expected. Swift delivery.
Would use again

I ordered kit for my aunt who does not have internet. Ordering process was very easy. Was kept updated regarding dispatch and delivery and the kit was delivered to my aunt in a few days and she was really pleased with it.

I've been shopping with HobbyJobby pretty much since they started trading and have never had a bad experience with them. Their kits are excellent quality and the own brand Luca-S floss is perfection, I use it almost exclusively these days. It doesn't tangle, it's cotton thread, not that chunky polyester stuff. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Prompt postage and very helpful when I had messed up an order!!

I hadn't ordered from HobbyJobby before but saw some really lovely kits with excellent reductions so I couldn't resist. The delivery via Royal Mail was very prompt and the kits look very good quality. Thank you

They offer discount on EVERYTHING but when you check out it does not apply to what was in my cart

Ease of finding what I wanted, payment with fast dispatch and delivery

Good selection of products, competitive prices and speedy delivery.

Excellent service.
fast delivery.
Amazing quality kits!
Many more purchases likely by me!
Highly recommend.

What an awful company! Use at your peril and DO NOT expect to get a refund off them , i've been waiting 5 weeks as what they sent me didn't look like what i ordered. Poor Poor customer service, i emailed them asking to return eventually got a reply and then sent items back as instructed and still waiting for refund. They may be cheap but in future i will be buying from a reputable company

This company always go above and beyond with customer service always packages well and quick delivery and top quality products every time

No hassle, prompt delivery, just what you like to expect.
