Ok, but not great.

Ok but not great. Ordered some hockey skates and requested that they were sharpened. Delivery time was 10 to 15 days. Not the fastest but was happy to wait. I got the order confirmation on ordering but on the 12th day I was still awaiting a dispatch notice. I sent an email to see what was happening and got no reply. I sent another email on the 15th day again with no reply.

On the 17th day I filled out a contact card on the website to which they replied stating the 15 day delivery notice was for delivery to them, not what was stated on the website. They went on to say the items would be with them soon and they would dispatch on arrival. A few days later I got the dispatch notice and the skates were with me soon after. What annoyed me most was after that wait they had not even bothered to sharpened the skates. 👎

Very expensive returns

Not the slowest customer service but be sure what you order! Return costs 30-45 e depending on the product. Do not recommend ordering anything that might not fit well, like skates or any other hockey gear.

Verspätete Lieferung, teure Retoure und langsamer Kundenservice

Ich kann Hockeystore leider nicht empfehlen.

Ich habe Schlittschuhe im Wert von 370 € gekauft. Obwohl die Ware im Shop als lagernd angegeben war, erfolgte die Lieferung erst nach 7 Tagen. Zusätzlich hatte ich andere Schlittschuhe bestellt, für die ich eine Stornierungsanfrage gestellt habe. Diese wurde jedoch erst nach 4 Tagen beantwortet – zu diesem Zeitpunkt war die Ware offenbar bereits versendet worden.

Für die anschließende Rücksendung wurden mir 30 € berechnet. Diese aus meiner Sicht sehr hohe Gebühr steht in keinem angemessenen Verhältnis zu üblichen Versandkosten und war im Bestellprozess für mich nicht klar ersichtlich.

Insgesamt empfand ich den gesamten Ablauf als kundenunfreundlich: lange Reaktionszeiten, keine rechtzeitige Bearbeitung der Stornierung und hohe Kosten bei einer Retoure.

Ich empfehle zukünftigen Käufern, sich vor einer Bestellung sehr genau über die Rückgabe- und Stornobedingungen zu informieren und mögliche Zusatzkosten zu berücksichtigen.

Ich muss meine Bewertung korrigieren. Die Bestellung wurde ausgeliefert - die Produktqualität passt und meine Reklamation wurde zu meiner Zufriedenheit souverän bearbeitet. Ich würde mir zukünftig wünschen, dass der Support schneller reagiert. Ansonsten bin ich glücklich und kann den Händler weiterempfehlen.

I ordered 3 weeks ago. Over a week ago, I contacted support for the first time. Until today, I have only received a promise that my order will be shipped within 48 hours — and guess what? That was a lie. Support has simply stopped replying to my emails.

Support gets back to you within 24 hours – LIE
They respond quickly when they want to promise something. But when you ask when your order will actually be shipped, they disappear.

They took my money, they don't ship my order and ignore my emails, isn't that what is called SCAM?

I am extremely disappointed with my experience on your website and can say with certainty that I will never place an order with you again.
From the very beginning, the customer service has been pure chaos. I ordered the skates on January 23rd and, to this day, I am still waiting for them to arrive. According to your information, the package was allegedly already available for pickup and then returned because I supposedly did not collect it. This is simply not true.
I checked the DHL tracking page every single day and never received any pickup notification. I was told that the parcel was stored for only one day in a DHL pickup locker and then sent back. This is something I have never experienced before — normally parcels are held for at least a week.
On top of that, your customer service has been completely unhelpful. I do not receive clear answers, responses take several days, and no real effort is made to resolve the situation properly. I even offered a reasonable solution: as compensation, the skates could be sent to me via express shipping. My email was ignored.
At this point, I have been waiting for so long that the lake near my home is no longer frozen. I live in Berlin, and winters like this are rare. That is exactly why I ordered the skates quickly — to make use of this short opportunity. Now that chance is gone.
Honestly, I regret not buying skates that were twice as expensive in a physical store instead of ordering from this website. I strongly advise others not to be tempted by the low prices. Based on my experience, this platform may even be fraudulent. I have never experienced anything like this before.

Sehr schlechter Service

Sehr schlechter Service. Beim zurücksenden eines Artikels bekommt man sein Geld nicht ganz zurück. Geld wird abgezogen obwohl der Artikel Neu und unbenutzt ist. Keine Empfehlung hier zu Bestellen!

Vorsicht vor Gebühren Rückversand

Obwohl ich ein Foto von meinen Eishockey Schlittschuhen geschickt und nachgefragt habe, wurde nicht nach Größe gefragt, nur, dass die Kufen sehr gut passen. Die Kufen waren falsche Größe, mir wurde refund angeboten. Ohne anzugeben, dass 30,00€ Versandkosten anfallen wurden diese nachträglich abgezogen. ALSO VORSICHT PAYPAL EINSCHALTEN VOR RETOUR

Ich habe bei diesem Shop eine extrem…

Ich habe bei diesem Shop eine extrem schlechte Erfahrung gemacht. Die Rücksendegebühr von 30 € wurde mir vor dem Kauf weder klar angezeigt noch ausdrücklich zur Zustimmung vorgelegt. Trotzdem sollte ich diesen Betrag zahlen, obwohl ich bereits 10 € Versandkosten getragen hatte. Auf Hinweise zu meinen EU-Verbraucherrechten wurde nicht eingegangen; stattdessen erhielt ich nur pauschale Ablehnungen ohne echte Klärung.

Der Kundenservice war kurz angebunden und nicht bereit, eine Lösung zu finden. Für mich ist das Geschäftsgebaren weder transparent noch kundenfreundlich. Ich werde hier nicht erneut bestellen und habe den Vorgang an meine Rechtsschutzversicherung weitergegeben.
