Excellent seller. The product was very good and at a great price. Very fast delivery.

Ordered the Bauer acp pro girdle for delivery to the uk on the 21st February and it is now the 30 March and I’ve had no contact with rexhockey,I’ve emailed and sent messages on instagram and still no contact. Terrible experience,if the item ever arrives or someone does bother to contact me I’ll will getting a refund as I’ve ordered the same item with another retailer which arrived within 5 days

Jeg købte et par skøjter; og størrelsen var for lille.
Efter længere tids søgen på deres hjemmeside omkring returnering, finder jeg ud af, at jeg skal sende mail til dem og informere dem om returnering samt begrundelse for returnering.

Dette gjorde jeg torsdag i uge 10.
Jeg har endnu ikke modtaget svar fra dem i uge 11. Derudover skrev jeg mail til dem igen og spurgte om de havde modtaget mail. Stadig ingen svar.

Jeg fandt et link ift returnering også - men da jeg indtastede mit ordrenummer stod der, at ordren ikke fandtes.

Nu har jeg prøvet at kontakte dem telefonisk i dag d. 13.03.2026 for at forklare dem at jeg gerne vil returnere en vare. Det er heller ikke muligt (jeg har ringet inden for deres åbningstider).

Jeg kan ikke anbefale siden, hvis ikke der bliver gjort noget ved besvarelser af mails ift returnering.

God service og hurtig levering

Når man er 2 uger om at sende en pakke til Vejle og når den så kommmer frem er der 16 og ikke 26 pucke i pakken - selvom der er bekræftet 26 og regningen lyder på det --- langt fra heldigt i denne omgang den anden stjerne er kun fordi der da trods alt kom 16 så vi kunne afvikle vores arrangement

Well intentioned retailer.

I bought a load of gear for my kids. The shorts arrived with size labelling that was different to the size guide on the website. ReXhockey say they provide more realistic size guides based on their testing. Helpful if this is stated more explicitly. ReXhockey did provide a free return and exchanged my shorts for ones that were the right size.

The website could be clearer about pricing and whether this includes or excludes VAT. This information is only available under the shipping section. VAT is not a import/shipping related tax - recommend it is shown on the pricing section.

Bought skates from Denmark, paid £14 shipping, and was hit with £62 import charges for £202 skates on delivery. The seller mentioned fees only in tiny print in the delivery section, with no reminder at checkout. Feels misleading, import costs should be clearly flagged before purchase! Customer service wasn’t great either . No point to purchase from here if you live in the UK , lots of hassles

Been struggling finding a girdle locally in the UK. Always dubious buying from abroad but fantastic prices for both the items and the shipping costs so thought would give this company a try. Very impressed. Items posted within a day and with a 3 day delivery date which is the same time getting Inpost delivered within the same country. Excellent service. Look forward to finding reasons to buy myself more kit in future!

Bought genuine Bauer ice hockey pants and they were significantly cheaper than UK prices. Delivery was reasonably priced via UPS and took about a week which seems fine.
I was concerned about buying from Denmark initially, but it was really smooth and professional, will definitely be using them again

So I ordered myself a new pair of hockey pants I was nicely surprised at the price especially being as it was 30 pound cheaper than any shop here in the uk, ordered late evening and early morning I get a notification saying dispatched couldn’t be happier than hanks Rex hockey I will be back with more to buy very soon cheers guys
