I have serious concerns about the reviews and customer experiences connected with Holidays Expert. Some reviews on the profile appear difficult to verify, so I believe Trustpilot should carefully check whether the reviews are from genuine customers and whether they meet its review guidelines.

There also appear to be wider complaints and concerns about the business that deserve proper investigation. I would strongly encourage Trustpilot to independently verify the reviews and look into any complaints submitted by customers.

If you have personally had a problem with Holidays Expert, I recommend keeping all receipts, messages, payment records, and booking information and reporting the matter to the appropriate consumer protection or law-enforcement authorities.

Customers deserve honest information, genuine reviews, and a clear picture before trusting any travel company with their money.

And also wring details entered for the application form. I sent the details to the guy 100 times to get it write , he is so carless , doesnt even read it. I asked him to connect me to one of his senior he ignored . I asked him to give me feedback link he kept rejecting. I would avoid dealing with them again

​My appointment was on a Monday, and they sent my documents at the very last minute on Sunday, leaving me virtually no time to review them. When I checked, the errors were catastrophic: I explicitly told them I am an unemployed student, yet in the cover letter they wrote that I was employed while telling me to attach my personal bank statement. This glaring contradiction directly caused my visa rejection.
​They manipulate applications by routing people through Iceland visas, use multiple phone numbers, and use fake staff names to avoid accountability when things go wrong. Their gross incompetence and dishonest practices ruined my application. Avoid them at all costs.
