My experience with this Schengen visa consultancy was extremely disappointing and raised serious concerns.
They always book an appointment under a family visa rather than a tourist visa. Also, they influence customers to book appointments in Iceland and other small countries and to provide fake documents. You will get banned by the embassy for them. They provide all bookings as fake.
Another major red flag was that the staff appeared to use fake names, including Jenifar, David, Martin, Samuel, Ria, and Selina, so that no one could track them.

I also noticed that the business seemed to operate under multiple names, including Fast Holidays, Holiday Experts, and Schengen Visa Expert. Despite these different brand names, payments were taken under the company name Fast Fly Travel and Tourism.

Avoid it. They took £259 and provided no proof of spending apart from list of services written by them. Did not get an appointment on time and weren't responding to my calls. When communicated I was called "bro" and on two occasions hanged up on me. Very unprofessional scam like. Eventhough I was entitled to refund they offered only a fraction of £77 voucher for future services which obviously I will not use. It seemed they were more concerned and pressing on me to sign their documents I guess that is to cover themselves legally.
