**UPDATE: my package is out for delivery today! 10/1. Ordered it 9/26.
I’ll explain why im giving 3 stars. I’ve been using these products for about 2 years now and this is the only product that genuinely works on my hair(5 stars for the products itself) so once when an order from 2/26 never shipped, I too was worried. All my orders, she on top of it, my orders would come in 3-4 days! She did switch manufacturers, she’s never been a scammer and I understand how it may come off as such. I placed an order in Feb and I never received tracking, I did request to be refunded, and I was and then my order showed up at my door in August(I had no idea it was to come) I then placed another order in August bc I’m like ok maybe she’s getting everything together, and orders are arriving, just slowly. That order just arrived 9/15. So I see all the experiences are different. I think it’s ok we give this black woman grace. Yes, a lot of things are annoying but they seem to be out of her reach and her products are AMAZING! I am not for tearing down black owned businesses, especially black women, but it does seem like things are coming together again for her business. She is genuinely so sweet, and the fact I have been a loyal customer, I too start feeling that way then when I got the understanding of what was going on, I just kept my patience. I also, just placed another order Saturday and received my tracking this morning. Let’s give her grace.

Received a follow up reply stating my order has been received...hello?....NO, I have not received ANY PORTION OF MY ORDER! Here we are Over a year later now, and I have however sent many requests for a full refund without avail. I can't afford to just give money away to a company, with no product in return because of your claimed shipping issues. You could not meet the demand of the orders... now will you please send back my money owed to me? PLease and Thank you! I am not interested in any store discounts or any further business, I just want my money back due to NO ORDER RECEIVED.

Hollywood Hair Bar Update
Hello everyone, this is a response to Hollywood Hair Bar. Yes, I placed an order on November 7, 2025 and as of today September 6,2026 I still have not received my order. I just checked my shop and Fedx account. Shop still says label created and was expected Jan 16, 2026. Fedx says invalid date, will be updated soon. I have picture proof to back what I’m saying. When I placed my order it was $72.95 for the 4 step grow my edges kit with a free bottle of growth oil and the HHB shipping protection for $3.50 which was included in the $72.95 total above. At this point it would be nice to just receive what I paid for. I don’t need a percentage off my next order when I never received my last order. I will update my review if I ever receive my order from Hollywood Hair Bar.

If there was a zero star button that’s what I would be rating this sham!!! I ordered a bundle pack of 5 but was totally surprised to see 1 bottle when my order finally arrived. I have been constantly emailing the ONLY email they have listed with no response. It’s been two weeks now with no feedback from anyone from the company. My next step is disputing the charges with my bank. Poor customer service and business ethics. After looking at some of the other issues, the company is looking more like a get rich scheme. She seems to take the money but fail to fulfill her end of the deal. Just sad and pathetic…

This brand is a scam
I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this business. I placed an order in October of last year and, to this day, I have not received my items.
After reaching out through Instagram, they initially responded and assured me that my order would be sent out. However, after some time passed, communication completely stopped and my messages have gone unanswered.
This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience, especially after giving them multiple opportunities to resolve the issue. A business should prioritize customer service, communication, and accountability none of which were demonstrated in my case. I would recommend others think twice before placing an order here.

No products, no customer service.
Placed an order in January 2026... its May and still have not received my products. Several attempts have been made to contact the company, but to no resolve. They created a fraudulent "shipping" number in February, but even now, FedEx has never received the package. Its a scam. You can't even get in contact with anyone to request a refund. Customer service is nonexistent.

I have been a customers for years
I have been a customers for years. Never had an issue until I purchased some items for over $180.00 December 20th 2025 and I never received my items. When I asked for a refund I was never given one and the CEO Tiffany she corresponded to me via text message for a little while but never made sure her team gave me my refund. I emailed over 50x no reply and still to this day I haven't received my products nor my refund and im pissed the hell off.

Stole hard earned money
Still waiting on my product after 6 months. Label created but products never shipped. Payment was never refunded. Now I see the website has closed down. Hollywood Hair Bar either refund my money or provide the products.

If there was a way to post a NEGATIVE star review I would. I placed an order, over $100, in June of 2025. It is now April 2026 and no products, no communication, no refund. It’s been so long that I have moved since I placed the order. This has got to be criminal. I want my money back. I wouldn’t use the products if given them for free. If I could get it a zero I would. I placed an order January 14, 2026. I have reached out to this company several times by email and by phone the number they have listed tells you to reach them at hey love at hollywoodbar.com but they don’t reply yet they send you percentages off of advertisement products. We are now in the month of March. Nothing yet from this company I would not recommend this company to anyone I will continue ordering Cecred hair products
