A “Gentleman’s Touch”!

Decided to drop a few words here just because of what I’ve seen so far. I haven’t purchased anything yet because I’ve only just recently found their website. They’re making a new product that I’m very interested in so I decided to sign up for the release of the product. I replied to the first email I received with a question and got a response the very next day. It was written well and answered my question thoroughly. I know it isn’t much but in today’s online shopping experience sometimes it’s the little things that make all the difference. I’ve definitely had subpar customer service but that wasn’t the case here. I’ll definitely be buying what it is that I came for and hope to have many more enjoyable experiences. Thanks guys.

I recently ordered a Coin Box from Holme & Hadfield which is actually the second Coin Box I have purchased. My first order was placed last year. Not only was the Coin Box beautifully crafted, but the presentation was equally impressive. I did not hesitate to place a second order. Again, the second Coin Box did not disappoint, however the packaging box and inside presentation box was damaged in shipping. I immediately contacted the company asking that they please send a replacement presentation box. Their response was swift and apologetic. Their Customer Service representative, Giselle, addressed my concerns not only professionally but also in a very kind warm manner. We are a First Responder/Military family. My husband and sons have collected many coins. The two boxes purchased were gifts given on special occasions. I intend to purchase two more boxes as their special occasions occur! Thank you Holme & Hadfield and Giselle! It has truly been a pleasure doing business with you!!

Great customer service--knowledgeable, friendly, and quick.

The Pen Deck is lovely. Though it's a bit small for my taste, it's very good looking. The craftsmanship is excellent. I would've loved to have stackable drawers beneath that I could use either for more pens or for inks. I've spoken with Customer Support about the possibility of adding a future product with modular/removable drawers so that I can pick and choose the add-ons. Overall, though, I'm very happy.

Holme & Hadfield not only makes great products that are beautifully packaged but their customer service is responsive and very helpful. Grateful for them!

What I really appreciate about this watch case is that in person, it is exactly like the picture. It looks very good sitting out where we can enjoy it. I really enjoy the fact that I can just lift my watches off the posts instead of struggling getting them on and off those pillows. It is a quality item and I could not be happier with it.

Loved my watch-holder so much ., we just got one for our son in the military. I am a relic collector, love to see a “ RELIC CASE” so we can use it for what we desire ….large enough to hold and show your relics off….with a one level top,, with plastic cover 🙌🙌
