Had an amazing experience at Holts Gems. My fiancé and I got our wedding rings from there and couldn’t be happier. We both chose to go with bespoke wedding bands and they really helped our vision come to life. May was amazing in helping us decide what we wanted and Amy was also brilliant when we came to collect. First class service : a real gem!!!
First class service and was able to show us items we hadn’t been able to find anywhere else. Very friendly and offered an excellent bespoke service. We have used holts in the pass and always are very happy with what they offer. A real gem ( it not too obvious a pun!!)

Amazing experience
Farah made our experience unique by making sure the ring was ready for my birthday to collect. She explained and addressed all our questions and concerns. She also advised the colour match between the gold and the ruby central stone. I couldn't recommend Holts Gems more!

Tanzanite pendant necklace
Professional and efficient service as always from Holts. Have purchased a number of pieces of them over the years and they are always my first port of call. Alicja prepared excellently for the session and provided a number of different options as I wasn’t 100% sure what item I wanted to purchase. Great experience all round and thoroughly recommend.

I have been going to Holts for 2 decades
I have been going to Holts for 2 decades, and have consistently found them to provide an exceptional and very personal service. I have purchased pieces from them, of exquisite taste; I have had repairs done; and I have had jewellery designed by them. Their gems are beautiful, their designers create just the right piece according to your wishes, and the workmanship is superb. When leaving your precious items for repair, you can rest assured that they are in safe, professional and totally reliable hands. They are also very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

Really recommend May and Holt's Gems
May and Holt's Gems are exceptional. From my first email inquiry, May was responsive and helpful, which was a big factor in my decision to go with Holt's. When I visited in person, she was patient and took the time to explore all the options. She provided great guidance, ensuring I felt confident in my choice without ever rushing me—especially for such an important decision. Professional jewellers and wonderful people!
We have been customers of Holts since 2008, when we had a diamond solitaire in a platinum setting especially designed and made for us. At that time we were guided by Jason and Alicja, and the ring was made by Robin.
A couple of years later, our daughter had her diamond solitaire engagement ring made at Holts with help from Jasón and Alicja.
Recently we were in Spain, and Maureen accidentally caught the clasp of her ring on something metallic in our car, breaking the ring and the stone fell out! Thankfully we found the diamond.
On Thursday past we went by appointment to see Alicja, and we decided to have the diamond reset. Alicja pulled out all the stops and had the job completed on Friday afternoon, the day before we were due to fly back to Ireland.
The help and advice is as excellent as the jewellery itself which clearly gives us the confidence to keep going back, and to recommend them to our family and friends.
Alicja’s help this time, and the service she has given us has been outstanding!
We cannot recommend Holts highly enough.
