Received next day delivery, received text and email with delivery time and drivers name. Arrived 10mins early! Will certainly use again with no hesitation and would recommend to anyone.Thanks

Avery labeller with damaged packaging saved a lot on stationery stores prices. Packaging recycled straight away in any case. Delivery and progress emails great.

I was a little apprehensive when I ordered. That's the pessimist in me!
I received an email advising that my delivery would be a day late, which I was not too concerned about but the item arrived on the said day, bright and early.
The iPad is advertised as B+ but I have to say that the casing and screen looked new.
I have had it one day. It has synced ok and appears to be working well!
I have to say that, at present, I cannot find any fault with the company.

So pleased with this company. I ordered a ipod for my son for Christmas, and it turned out to be the wrong type (my fault) the quality of it was outstanding! I contacted them to explain and they were so helpful. They exchanged the ipod for a newer version, with only a small difference for me to pay The ipod arrived quickly, and looks almost new! I ordered this for my daughter who had some birthday and Xmas money to get rid of , I have to say I was initially skeptical regarding the fact that the Ipod would be refurbished . I was however absolutely delighted with it when it arrived since it had all the appearances of being brand new . My 14 yr old daughter is equally impressed I can only offer praise for this company for their customer service , pretty quick delivery ( straight after Xmas -New year !) and finally for the excellent quality of the product I bought from them 5 Stars all round !!

I bought the refurbished Nexus 7 tablet via Play.com for the best price I could find anywhere. The tablet arrived promptly and the condition is, as was described, 'as new'.
