Good quality item at competitive price with fast delivery service

Not to be trusted, I rang before ordering a lamp for a birthday present to check it was in stock and told yesterday 5-7 working days, a few days after payment was taken I got a phone call to say it was being delivered direct from manufacturer who were out of stock. Wont use them again

I contact customer service as I had lost the manual for my outside light. Emma at Customers services could not have been more helpful , even e mailing the link for me to obtain same. Its the sort of service that makes you return to that particular company . Excellent work emma nothing seemed too much trouble and customer care is not the easiest job and on most occasions goes unrewarded.

Ordered 2 bathroom lights on their website, they were delivered promptly by Royal Mail and the items were well packaged. Price was the best we had found and postage was free. No issues, a great service. A follow-up call too, to check that everything was ok.

I got 2 Philips patio lights through these guys and the service was fast, reliable and the products turned up undamaged which is always a plus! They also called after to see if everything ok. Good customer service!

I ordered some lights at the end of July. After placing the order and my money having been taken, I was told they would not arrive for two weeks. When they did arrive one of the shades was completely smashed. Contacted HLD who said they would send a replacement....another 2 weeks wait. Replacement arrived....broken. Concluded that these lights were too fragile. Was told that I would need to pay for return in order to get a refund. I reluctantly did this. When I tracked the order, I found that it had been received by them over a week earlier, but had no contact from HLD. I contacted them and several emails/phone calls later they acknowledged that they had received the return and that I would get a refund. A week after that I contacted them again, and was told that my money was refunded....but I have checked my credit card and no refund has been received.....I am waiting for their response....7 weeks after they took my payment, I have no lights and no refund.

Order was delivered quickly and was packaged well to protect the lights during shipping. The lights look as good in reality as they do online and appear to be good quality and robust. They have added a modern, stylish accent to my living room renovation. Very happy and I will order from Home lights Direct again.

20 days later no item.

Very simple order, small lamp, 'In Stock', 2-7 days.

Received a phone call Day10. Item was coming from Belgium (?!) sorry for the delay, with you shortly.

Saw the Cuba LED Anthracite Outdoor Cuboid Multi Directional 2 Lamp at a garden centre but ordered the two needed online - much cheaper online and delivered very quickly.
Quality lights and cannot wait to have them fitted

Ordered outside lights and saved quite lot of money compared to other sites with the same outdoor lights.
Delivery was super quick to and well packaged

I was looking for a new Inspection torch for car detailing when I found the Unilite CR1-1250R Inspection Torch I had seen this torch on some websites for £110 but Home Lights Direct came up trumps best price I found on the net got it for £56.99 and that included postage. Home Lights Direct‘s communication was second to none kept me informed every step of the way including tracking. They even found time to call me to check I was happy with my purchase and to contact them if I have any problems.
You don’t get that service much these days. 5**** service Home Lights Direct will definitely use you again and will be recommending you to family and friends.

Ordered 3 outdoor lights and bulbs and they arrived a lot quicker than expected. They were well packaged and very good quality products. Even more surprising was when I received a courtesy call from the company to see if the products had arrived and if there were any problems at all. I would definitely order from here again.
