Great product, but poor communication. My emails regarding shipment went ignored for days. The item eventually arrived, but the customer service response time needs to be much faster

I'm still waiting on return communication about an issue.

Product isn't working. Started off working intermittently then stopped all together. Sent an email to ask for a refund and got no response. Do not recommend.

I have no idea how these heel protectors would help planter fasciitis. They offer no heel support and could not be worn inside a shoe as they would make it too tight. They do not even fit my heel properly - much too loose.

They are comfy however do nothing to help my plantar fasciitis. I am at the end of my painful foot so they would not be suitable for chronic pain. Therefore I am only wearing the sockets sporadically…

The product advertised was a 20mm eye mask and what arrived was a 2mm piece of fabric in the shape of on eye mask. Talk about false advertising!!!

My requested items were not available and a smaller version substituted on Homemedics own initiative

The wrong item was sent to me by mistake , I contacted the team who responded immediately and sent the correct item which was delivered to my door the next day , Thanks

Website not clear what so ever about the differences of products that look exactly the same. When product arrived didn’t even receive the correct booklet for what was needed and had to contact to get an email version sent that I was supposed to have already received. Once received e book didn’t go over all details needed for machine. So hard to get in contact with someone as messages keep disappearing in chat as page keeps automatically re loading. Wording is copy and paste and slightly changed from each object even though they completely different machines should not have same wording. States that to make a claim need to write a note when adding items to cart, no notes popped up at all during purchase stage. False information. Never found it more difficult then to purchase from this website. Very disappointing.

My item wasn’t even posted to me. Zero response to emails after 3 weeks. Eventually did a chargeback via PayPal.

Quality of the products best. Packaging of the items high qualities. Only thing i would like to see inside instructions with diagrams or photos how put in on and clean specially the multi purpose garments. But overall love it. I highly recommend this guys.
