I have emailed several times and have received no response

Ordered hypo-allergic pads which are more expensive than the regular ones but had allergic reaction after using only 30 minutes

Free postage was good but the TENS accessories had poor connection. While initially slow to respond to my request for an exchange, the Homemedics made good on their promise and offered a solution that worked for both sides

Great customer service — friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. They followed up and made sure everything with my turntable and delivery went smoothly. Really appreciate the extra care!

Haven't received package. Almost 3 weeks waiting for delivery

Homedics are great! They gave me bonus pads because Australia Post were late in delivery the last order. I use the EMS machine everyday and it is a fantastic product, high quality, reliable and perfectly suited to my training needs. Well done Homedics team - Stu Lam.

Good product as described.

Well, I was told before I purchased these gloves that it would work on the machine that I’ve got well it turns out it doesn’t, I went through each setting and it started then it stops. I asked the question before I got it yes they said it will work yes I want my money back. I’m not going to be stuck with a product that doesn’t work on my neuro trac , specially when I asked before I purchase so upset, I have had a stroke and I can’t use the patches on my arm and my hand my left arm and hand is hurting because of the right isn’t working this is why I got the gloves. To help with both of my problem guess I be sending this back and I really hope that I get my money back.

Order cancelled a week or so after purchased. They communicated to me and refunded but still annoying that you can purchase something unavailable.

Do not order from this site! I wash I had seen these reviews before ordering. I have ordered, emailed and am getting completely ignored. Spent almost $300 to relieve chronic pain and this is what I got. Nada.

I will be contacting the Department of Fair Trading and following this up , to ensure I get a full refund and that this doesn't happen to other people as best I can.

Answer the phone call & emails I have made to your company after no receiving my order. You've taken my money & not forwarded the product & are know uncontactable.

Goods finally arrived 19/8/25, not a good experience. Will not order from you again.

Its difficult to review something you havent received. After placing an order on 20th July for $640 and another on the 31st July for $85, I am yet to receive either of my orders. I followed up with Homemedics after selecting the express shipping option and having not received any notifications at all about our order/s being shipped, for them to tell us they are on a short holiday and will resume shipping on the 3rd of Aug (5 days ago) - still nothing. Very disappointing.

Items arrive tweezers set, nice fine points & in protective case.
But took rather long time to recieve.
Chased it up arrived soon after, no tracking so could not see where hold up was.
