Excellent coffee machine and good customer service.
Unfortunately our first machine failed to work on delivery.
I contacted Homend who arranged for collection of the faulty appliance and sent a replacement which works perfectly.

Poor product
Poor product. Couldn’t get it to work properly. Brewed coffee for 10 mins then turned off. Leftover water in the tank. Useless. Couldn’t set the time and aroma button didn’t do a thing. Sent back
