Excellent service by home response 360. They sent an engineer out within 24 hours to sort my boiler out and restore my heating and hot water as there was a component missing from the boiler. The customer service team over the phone were amazing and sorted my problem straight away

Arrived on time. Fitter was polite and respectful of property. Work finished in good time. Didn’t do unnecessary work and gave good advice about preventative measures which we took on board. Overall a good experience.

But to repeat, I was very happy with the way they handled my request. They informed me at every step and the Plumber who turned up was on time and very professional. I was very happy with his work and he said I could call back if there was any problem later, but that he was confident that the problem was solved.

Fantastic service

Home Rescue supported my boiler service and did a good job at calling and arranging the service. The inspector did the job quickly and easily and called ahead of time to ensure I was in.
