He pointed out that our current estate agent had predominantly lower-budget clients and suggested an alternative agent with numerous properties valued significantly higher than ours, indicating they might have clients suitable for our property. After considering that I was committed to the first agent for 20 weeks, he advised me to market the property with both agents on a dual-agency basis. I'm now awaiting the outcome.
