After attempting to sell my house without success, I was searching for an alternative approach. I came across Home Selling Expert, watched the videos that Matthew provided to explain their method, and had a detailed conversation with Matthew himself. I was convinced, both from Matthew's non-pushy approach and the very positive reviews, that this was an operation with integrity, and that was demonstrably true throughout the process.

Kirsty handled my sale, worked on behalf of my property with two estate agents, and I soon had an acceptable offer. Kirsty kept in touch with both conveyancing firms, and the buyers themselves, and made sure that both parties received reassurance throughout the process.

I had a dilemma in which route to take to sell my late parents home. Who can you trust and believe when companies promise investors are waiting with no fees; an auction for security but no guarantees and high fees to buyer or Estate Agents pushing to accept low offers or little interest.
I arranged a free call with Matthew and he walked me through each option and used his experience to help me see the pros and cons of each. He gave me a sound recommendation and what is perhaps hard for people to believe, but it was a free call for over 40 minutes and he didn’t try to sell me anything. Also he did not give me any sugar-counted advice to make me feel better. My situation may not be as ideal as I would like but I do have a clearer insight as to what I should do next.

Having done a fair amountof research on how best to sell your property I can say that Mathew at home selling expert was by far the most helpful of any sources I've used. I had a call with Matthew and once again, (I had spoken to him last year as well), he was very generous with his time, energy and advice.
He listened to my situation as well as already having gone through notes from our previous call and was very attentive. Having experienced months of anxiety trying to decide how to sell our house, which agent to use, which internet reviews are actually real and can be trusted, I eventually found Matthew at Homeselling Expert. After being disappointed and frustrated by my local high street estate agent’s lackadaisical approach to selling my property, I looked at alternatives, including the auction route, and came across Home Selling Expert’s website.
